Wow! What a great picture of Hunter with Bobo fett! All you pictures turned out great and I enjoyed the ones from inside RnR!
My pictures are always all out of order, too. Do you use that organize feature on photobucket. That helps me a lot and I didn't even know it was there for a long time!
Hunter was glad that he got to meet Boba Fett. Last year, he met the actor who was the real Boba Fett in the movies.
I organize my pictures on Photobucket using the organize feature but I have to different brands of cameras so they are all out of whack. I really should do better at organizing them.
First of all how is John doing in weaning off his meds? Now I have a question for John and its about those blue lights disney has and those flashing toys that the kids have. What I want to know does it bother him if he looks at the bright color blue and those seizure causing toys? The color blue hurts my eyes and those flashing light toys causes me to get migraine if I don't look away. It can also make me dizzy. Has he had any problems at disney those flashing lights?
Aww, you are so sweet to ask about John. He is doing very well right now. Most mornings, he wakes up pretty dizzy and a bit wobbly. But that will usually wear off after he takes his morning meds. Thankfully, his boss doesn't mind him coming in an hour or two later than the rest. (He was injuried on the job while working for this same employer many many years ago.) We go back to the doctor on the 16th of this month and we'll start weaning him off one of the other meds. I'm sure they will add something to what he is now taking in order to combat taking him off the other.
John has always done pretty well with the lights and colors at Disney. I remember when Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin first opened. We were afraid that the flashing lights would bother him so I went on it first to see what it was like. The only time he ever feels "funny" is when we are on the section where the stars are all around you and he doesn't feel it every time. It's the same way on Space Mountain in the section where the red lights are all around you.
If he ever does feel odd (the doctors call it an aura), he can usually just close his eyes until we get through that section.
Every once in a while, the loud noises or spinning will make him feel a bit off but not very often.
His doctors have prescribed Ativan for when his face starts twitching or tingling. Those are his warning signs before seizures. We put one Ativan under his tongue and it usually makes the symptoms go away. Having said that, he hasn't had a full blown seizure in over 10 years. He has, however, had quite a few petite seizures where he doesn't lose full control and is aware of his surroundings. Those Ativans are fabulous and we keep them on us at all times.
I LOVE the Darth Vadar and Boba Fett pictures. I'm a little bit of a sci-fi nerd
The longest I waited for TSMM was 40 minutes. I was lucky to only have to wait in the stand-by line once, the other three times I rode it were with Fastpasses.
If the wait were 40 minutes, I'd probably get in line hoping that it would be shorter than posted. But, with a 90 minute time posted, there was no way I was getting in that line.
