July Exercise Challenge-Lets Sizzle this Summer!

I'm 400/500 so far. What I realize is that this is easily done just by my weekend and evening everyday stuff. I need to figure out how to push myself further next month.
 
Well, this is a tough one.......I finally made my minutes, it took 6 months! So, I'll go for 1300 minutes.....(I have a 7 day trip to USF & DCL this month) so hopefully, I'll be able to stay on track and work alittle harder!! Still going for 12000 for 2008!

Very warm and HIGH humidity here in Michigan. Turned the fans on and exercised in the basement.
