So I finally did a search to find you guys! I'm in again this month for 1200. I was 20 min shy of my goal last month and plan to meet and surpass it this month, no matter what!

I did 40 minutes of wt machines this morning.

I did great in June, but I had a week of vacation without work or commuting stress. I will up conservatively to 900 for my goal.

Sunday I walked 3 miles and Monday I walked 50 minutes so I am 90/900 with today ahead of me.
 
Jumped on the dreadmill last night for 45 minutes of interval training. 45/500
 

Walk/run intervals today. 96 minutes

238/1000

Do you guys find it easier to post every day, or once or twice a week?

And which is easier for our hosts?

I like to post each day... so as long as I'm hosting, please everyone feel free to post as often as you want.

My spreadsheet is making it really easy to update so the more the merrier.

I also will post a quick note whenever I update the first post to note that I've captured all input up to that point in the thread.

I count my weight/strength and personal training as excercise minutes, for sure!


I had 90 minutes yesterday between personal training (all core & strength) and elliptical and bike and stair climbing.

So, I am at 90/1200. I need to start carving time out to exercise since I am going to miss so much gym time this month due to being out of town. EEK!

I was lucky enough to go to the gym twice again today. An hour of Ripped and an hour of Werq brining me to 240/1680! Happy 4th to everyone tomorrow! :flower:

We will be in DLR Veteran's weekend (DH & I celebrating 25 years!) and a did a half hearted search for a 5K but didn't see anything then.

Got 2 walks in today and my stretching class--which I so did not want to get out of bed for!

Tomorrow I will walk to my "walk." That adds another mile plus so :banana:. Instead of walking at 7:30 now we're at 7, which doesn't work very well if DH wants to be chauffered to work. It won't work at all during the school year! Guess I'll just enjoy the exercise during the summer! :cloud9:

Yesterday I did fairly well, 30 minutes of swimming and a 20 minute walk. I'm trying to get my DH in the habit of walking with me every evening!
