I've gotten 2 walks in and lifted weights. Now I need to get ready for a road trip. My guys are going to a Mariner's game while the dog and I watch it on TV at Grandma and Grandpa's house!
Catching up: 3 days of the 2-mile 30-minute "Walk Away The Pounds" DVD. Two of the days my DD joined me as we were all up north camping. We would have walked outside, but the deerflies are too annoying. They don't bother at the campsite as we keep it mowed back, but if we try to walk the trails or on the road they are so bothersome. So we just did the DVD together inside the camper.
15 minutes of lap swimming today. Wow that is exhausting. I was going to do 30 minutes but quit after 15 because I have a long run planned for tomorrow morning and didn't want to wipe myself out.
