I have no idea why there is such a difference between how I was feeling on my runs in march and April and how I'm now feeling(like what did I do signing up for a half?!). I'm going to blame the heat. Lol

Ok everyone, repeat after me:"The treadmill can be my friend. The treadmill is not evil. Eight miles on the treadmill is better than 2 miles outside when it's 90 degrees in the shade and humid."
I love running outside in the summer but when I'm doing the "yay it's not raining!" dance, I tend to forget about the heat. Gotta take it inside at least every so often when necessary.
