Hey, people of the earth! I'm a newbie on this website, so I basically know nothing!!! :sad2: I'm going to Disney in July(the 26th, through August 5th), so holler if you are! My mom is addicted to planning trips and, well, it's rather funny to watch.......:lmao: She's on this website all the time, so I thought I would start on it, too. :thumbsup2 I have been to Disney before, but it was when I was really little...........so I hardly remember anything. :confused3 First off, I just want to say HELLO! Also, I have a question to ask of all of you people out there, on your computers. I am into action and I can never sit down when I'm at an amusement park, or else I get bored and not amused. Hence the name: amusement park! I need to know all the best, fastest and scariest rides there are! As you can see, I like to type a lot and love using these emoticons!!! Wow, just like me.......:hippie: Okay, yeah, I think that's enough......:offtopic: Bye!!!

I love thrill rides too, and my mom goes planning crazy. But here are the top 10 thrill rides.

1. Expedition Everest
2. Tower of Terror
3. Rockin Roller Coaster
4. Splash Mountain
5. Test Track
6.Mission Space
7. Space Mountain
8. Kali River Rapids
9. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
10. Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin (not really a thrill ride but should hold your attention).

Hello!
im going June 28th- July 3rd

weather is HOT
crowds are BIG
usually we go at rope drop, hit a few of the big attractions then go back to the hotel to rest, go to the pool, the arcade, DTD or to get some breakfast.
we will do that until dinner comes around. we take our time eating and head back to the parks about 6-7:00. since parks close later in summer we stay until close. crowds are lowered mostly after the 3:00 parade but its still HOT.
Fastpass Fastpass Fastpass. its there use it!
usually we hit smaller rides like Monsters Inc. Stitch's Great Escape, Haunted Mansion, POTC that usually have a low wait.
we try and do Splash and Big Thunder in the AM but if the line isnt that bad in the evening we will do it again.

have fun.
sorry if its long but it helps us ALOT.

Thanks for telling me all the good rides, Stich4Prez! I'll be sure to go on them, you gotta love rollercoasters!!!:worship: Thanks for the advice, princesskelz, that's what we usually do at the park we usually go to called Busch Gardens. It's a lot of fun there, but a little busy.....:headache: At least my trip to Disney will be a lot more relaxed, 'cause we're going for a longer time. I hope you guys all have a good summer and a great vacation!!!:banana::banana: I'm really excited for my trip! :woohoo: I'll talk to you guys later! :wave2:

Melody:dogdance:

P.S.
princesskelz: Let me know how your trip went! popcorn::

I'll be there July 24th-August 1st.

no jk.
but it is my birthday july 27th and I will be there, so thats a funny coincidence.

awww that is really cool though. my friends birthday is the 27th too ^^ so if i see you, i'll be sure to wish you a happy birthday ;3

hey DollfieDreams, is that a picture from Kingdom Hearts? and im staying at Coronado Springs from July 4th to the 11th. You should get fastpasses for many of those thrill rides that were listed at the beginning of this thread also.

I'll be there July 29-August 12. I love thrill rides too. Here's my favorites:
Magic Kingdom:
Space Mountain (being refurbed now though, so it won't be open this summer)
Splash Mountain (you will get wet)
Big Thunder Mountain
Also, check out Tom Sawyer Island, its not a ride, but there's trails and caves and stuff to explore- its a lot of fun.
Haunted Mansion is also fun.. It's not a thrill ride and isn't very scary, but its fun.
Epcot:
Mission Space- Orange
Test Track
Hollywood Studios:
Rockin Roller Coaster (sp?)
Tower of Terror (go while everyone else is at fantasmic.. it'll be really empty)
and Toy Story Midway Mania is a lot of fun too, kinda like being in a video game.
Animal Kingdom:
Expedition Everest
Dinosaur
Primeval Whirl
and Kali River Rapids (I'm not a huge fan because you get really, really, really wet sometimess, and I don't like that, but some people do, and that's why i'm suggesting it)

and usually what we do is go for the early openings and the morning, go back to the hotel in the afternoon to swim and then head back to the parks in the evening for dinnner and more rides. and be sure to use fastpass.. its a lifesaver in the summer.

Sorry, but Space Mountain is going to be closed for refurbishment.

i'll be going july 6-13th

and definatly check out Expedition Everest, Rockin Rollar Coaster, and Tower of Terror, those are the top three "thrilling scary" rides at Disney in my opinion. :goodvibes

Hi! We went to WDW last year from July 12th-26th, and although it was hot, we did not find the crowds too bad, and you can get on rides if you plan ahead. I definitely would try and get there for rope drop, and have an afternoon break, maybe with a swim to cool off. :) If you are staying onsite I would definitely recommend Extra Magic Hours. :) Using fastpasses really helps with queueing too. Have a great time!
