Ok, I have new luggage we bought last year, from Land's End and it is a Vibrant Lime Green! LOL!
This was not picked because of the DIS's lime green color, but because it was on sale and that color had all the pieces left that I wanted, lol. So going to pickup some Scotchguard in the can tonite to try and spray it down. Though it will be easy to find on the luggage carousel, it might dirty easily, yikes.
Anyone ever sprayed their luggage before with Scotchguard?
Never tried spray painting my luggage before, but here's an idea for you. Instead of spraying the whole case, why not make a template of Mickey's head and cover it with those instead. Would definitely make your luggage stand out and it would also be unique.
I am shipping my FE today or tomorrow, but have enough for 25 so I'm ok for you to be added...but it's not my list or should I say, I am not in charge.
Plus you are in the Air Force....can't turn a guy down in the Air Force!!!
(husband is retired AF and daughter talking about joining when we get back from the cruise) I'm sure my husband will want to talk to you. He was in Spain on a 30 day TDY once in Zaragoza.
I have enough for you as well. PM Joanne (goingsouth) and have her add you to the list with your cabin # so those of us with extras can drop a little something in your fish extender. It seems most of us are prepared with a few extras anyway.
How about proposing to share a package with your table mates?
CANT BELIEVE WE LEAVE IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!!![]()
Just speculating around here - do we think they are going to "premear" The Sorcerers Apprentice on the cruise?
I spent about four hours last night booking everything for the cruise. This will the 2nd cruise within four months. We did the Med in April and now this one. I want to thanks to everyone for including my family in the FE. I do not know what stateroom yet but will let goingsouth know.
Thanks!!!!
Team McNeese
We are hoping that it will be a midnight "premear" and it is a sea day right?![]()

I don't know if I shared this with my cruise buddies or not....
My Mom has been sick for quite some time now and was in the hospital then a nursing home. This is in Nevada about 3 hours one way drive on a good day....I have been there almost every other day this week. On Tuesday the 15th she was taken back to the hospital.
We spent the day with her yesterday and she was really slipping away. The entire family was there. There was lots of crying and laughter and remembering things and telling stories. Her minister showed up at the exact time my mom started praying out loud. Perfect timing!
Two of her neighbors came by to say goodbye and left at 820pm. We then each took our turn and kissed her on the head and said good night and that we would see her in the morning. (They said she wouldn't pass for a day or so.) My DH was first and left the room. We were going to go to a hotel and my sister and her family were going home. My DH comes back into the room as my daughter was walking away from kissing her and said. Mom is gone, she has left us. When he went to the nurses station they said they just lost her heart beat. She was gone at 830pm.
We are all so thankful for the time we had and have had with her. We are happy we were with her too.
She is at peace now and without pain. This part is good....not having my Mom.... is not good.
I just wanted to share this with you because we will all be together soon on the cruise and the three of us might drift off and seem in a distant mood. It was just a year ago that we lost my husbands father the same way...
so just give us a hit and make us snap out of it... and help us get back to enjoying our cruise. My mom would have wanted it that way...
thanks for listening....denise

Just got a response to my question about washing machines on the main DCL forum. Washers are High Efficiency (HE) and you use your KTTW card to pay ($2 per wash and $2 per dry). Hope this info is useful.
no worries. I have that covered but feel free to bring moreAlso - photo guy will be there around 2:30-3 for a group pic.
