July 4th Golf Cart Parade

We are going to the Cabins this year and it will he the first time staying on the 4th of July. We are hoping to do the golf cart parade if they do it, I know they did Halloween last year so I'm assuming they will do July 4th this year. In previous years, what time did it usually start? And how do we sign up for it, I'm assuming at the bike barn?

If I remember right my wife signed us up at the Bike Barn and looking at the pics just before we started we were in line by 8:45am for a 9:00am start.
