Hi We are planning on private tours for Rome and possibly Naples. We have found a Driver/Guide that will pick up at the dock in Civ. and give a 10 hour tour in Rome. (I can give the details if anyone is interested). The cost is 500 Euros and will take up to 6 people. We are just two people. Is there anyone who would be interested in sharing the excursion?

Pompeii, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast (or Capri) would be 690 euros.

They are very flexible on the sights on either tour.

Hey all - the Gods are smiling down on me this weekend. I have decided to drive about 1 hr away and send the Magic off. Andrew - left you a note on our other thread. Anyway have always wanted to send her off especially when I saw the sendoff on our 11-Night cruise last Sept.

I saw all the people at Grills Rest and the park and the end of land and thought - if only! Now - DH isn't here and I found a travel partner (DisneySweetie fromo our other thread) and so I am off to take pictures of our Magic leaving us temporarily.

I'm trying to encourage Andrew to go catch her in Barcelona and we can exchange photo ops. LOL - anyway, now I'm - this is one happy momma whose enjoying her "once-in-a-lifetime" trip. (LOL - I seem to have a lot of those )

Anyway, today I have come to appreciate how lucky and blessed I am to be here and now and with the friends I will be with and the new friends I hope to make.

BTW, check into Port Orleans Riverside this morning - its even better than I imagined. Who'd of thunk that an error by my TA would make this my best resort for me!

Hey.. did you and everyone see the ipod podcasts from Disney about our Med Cruise- I just downloaded them- and they are great- they are videos that show all the ports with explanations of some of the excursions and fun facts, ship casts, a teen podcast- all free !!!!
so go to itunes and search Disney Med. Cruise and download!!!
it will get even you more excited- if thats even possible

Thank you, I am off to the Doctor Monday funy how when you book an appointment you feel better, today was a good day, but last week Friday Saturday was good and Sunday bad. ross fingers.

Anyway yes Magic will be off shortly if on time within 5 mins heading to Europe via CC.

I won't see you at Our Lady of Lourdes. We are parisoners at Holy Name of Mary in Valley Stream. When we moved to Malverne, we didn't change parishes. But it's good you will be in our neck of the woods. Do you go to St. Joe's?

Ps. We do have a lot in common. I was 49 in Feb. so we can have a drink on the cruise, toasting the last b'day before "the big one".
