RE YOUR POSTS ON THE THREAD IN THE MAIN FORUM no holiday planner for UK guests
I have to agree the only place Disney lets you down is treating people from non USA countries in a less equal way. I cannot see how they can say we cannot get a 'holiday planner', this year for my 2006 Caribbean cruise I had a planner, and list of shore trips etc. This was sent well in advance of the 90 day mark as it told me when I can book trips Palos etc.
I have had many issues in the parks before where Disney let down UK guests, DREAMs had a long battle with Disney over transferring a reservation to the free Disney dinner plan, they wanted to refund on my credit card and then take a new deposit which would have lost me a lot on exchange rates for example.
I could well pay 50% of the
DCL cost and have a higher grade cabin for a Med cruise in 2007, I pay and book with DCL for service, not being treated in a different way because we are from the UK.
As DCL doesn't directly advertise in the UK, and only a few travel agents include their cruises, we must not be their 'target' market, funny when a lot of the CM's on the ships seem to be from the UK, including Cruise directors.
If its on DVD, we could have a printer version, although most DVD's nowadays can be used in different countries
