Well, I never did find those fishe extenders - went to four different dollar stores.

I did find little canvas bags at $1.49 each - lime green - at Michael's, so I think I'll do something with them.

I believe that after complaints from the earlier cruises, they've instituted an unlimited plan for kids only. It includes all the tracing paper you want and comes with a free plunger.

Andrew--I am so sorry you have signed off for the night..I just got my final info from DCL today (probably because of air time change) and they forgot to put the TP update inside ! Do you think I should call them first thing in the morning?? That would really save Maryann and I a lot of rolling!!

I thought the tracing paper kind was included! You mean we have to order to get that, too?

Sand paper is included!!! Tracing papaer is an upgrade in Europe.

Interesting -- I just noticed that DCL can't spell "Toilet paper" -- they call it "Toliet" as though to rhyme with "Juliet"?????? Of course, I also hear that Andrew is a terrible speller . . .

The nut at the end of the keyboard doesnt have spell check. and left hand is faster than right hand.

I have a feeling that Andrew is going to need all the time between now and our cruise -- without my going away from the boards and letting him run wild -- in order to be tolerated by us once we all get together! I'll do my best. . .

I did see the pirate names!!!!!!!! Love it! I'm just totally relieved that the worst he could come up for me was "tea" bag . . .

No, our cruise was totally uneventful -- no lost passengers. When I get my act together I will post a few pictures.

It's great to be back and to know that the next trip I take will be to Barcelona!

Anyone else feeling like we're running out of time and there's too much left to do to prepare??????????????????????????

Ooooohhhhhhhhh I'm so with you on this. I haven't got anything organised at all and I working right up until 4pm on Friday 27th July, the kids are in school until July 20th and between now and when they break for the summer they've got a million things on at school that need costumes, props or other stuff i.e school leavers play and Drama club show, that ONLY MUM can organise. They've also got the annual school fete which parents are expected to help out at on June 30th, Josh is competing at the National Youth games next Thursday and in another swim gala all day tomorrow. Ethan has about 4 school day trips in the next 4 weeks and I have to remember to pack him a packed lunch for those days as usually he has school dinner. OMG the list just goes on and on

Hi Isabel - just came online before I checked out. You were the one interested in signing up for the Leaning Tower climb correct? If you haven't checked it out - they have a restriction against children younger than 8. I noticed in your sig line your youngest son. I hope that he's over 8. That would be a shame if you got all the way there and then told you about that. it was in the fine print. This way, if you have a DCL excursion - you may want to hold on to it. Just FYI.

Hi all! I just had a question for those of you who have cruised with Disney before. We werent able to get Palo reservations online ( ) Is it possible to get any reservations once we are the ship? If so, do we need to be there as early as possible?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My mom is almost heartbroken that she might not get to eat there.

Not sure if it's different on the Med sailings, but on our last sailings the all "dinning" changes i.e bookings for Palo, late/early seating changes etc we being done by dinning staff that were in Diversions.

OH - I love his name! I bet you he hates being thought of as small. That's fantastic. My godson/nephew was born at 32 weeks. Then he was only small for about 1 month. At his 1 month check-up - he'd already caught up weight wise to "normal weight kids".

All 3 of my kids were born at 36 - 36 1/2 weeks. The heaviest was 6# 4 ozs, 6# 3 oz and 6# 1oz. The youngest was 19 inches and at 14 is not wearing a size 9 1/2 shoe in women's and is 5'5. My son just topped out at 6'2" tall. I am only 5'4" and his DH is only 6'. My middle got the short end of the stick (pun intended) and is only 5' 1/2 "

She absolutely hates being the shortest one of the family. But she made sure her friends were shorter than her. Her BFF is only 4'11" tall. Technically fits the profile of a 'little' person. But she's cute.
