hooray I just recieved our confirmation for our last private tour to Pisa and Lucca and I can now cancel the DCL Pisa tour...if I can get into the DCL site and stay on long enough with out getting kicked off.

Why is it that I leave the board for a mere 8 hours and come back and I'm 30 pages behind! is what I feel like.

On the bright side, i packed last night and got everything into one suitcase!!!! including the lanyards! Now DH is panicking when he saw that I packed. He wants me to unpack and put everything into two smaller suitcases. BTW, I had DH weigh my suitcase and it came to 50 pounds.

I got my fish extender yesterday Thanks Sandra, it is lovely and personalized! Now I just need to finish making the gifts. Ur..hmm.. and get them into my 50 pound suitcase.

I'm working on the DIS guide phamplet thingy and still working on edits. Is MaryJo back? I was going to email to her and have a pdf done up and posted once I'm done, so that you all just have to print it and staple and you have a little handy guide book. I'm using most of the stuff on page 1 post 10. Is this up to date? If anyone has corrections, please let me know via pm since i don't think I will be able to find it here.

Today I picked up our Euros

Made and laminated door signs

Paid car tax that runs out end of July

Daves new CC has arrived so I should be able to finish online checkin

Daves travel insurance has come through

Why is it that I leave the board for a mere 8 hours and come back and I'm 30 pages behind! is what I feel like.

On the bright side, i packed last night and got everything into one suitcase!!!! including the lanyards! Now DH is panicking when he saw that I packed. He wants me to unpack and put everything into two smaller suitcases. BTW, I had DH weigh my suitcase and it came to 50 pounds.

Jeanne - just to warn you

I know you put everything in 1 case .

However in Europe because of health and safety laws no one case is allowed to weigh more than 32kg (due to workers having to lift them)- even if you have the weight allowance - you will need to split it.

To be honest it was getting complicated as people were telling me if they had direct flights, where they were leaving from etc so this is the date when they are leaving their country.

It was really to keep a track of when everyone was leaving

UK people will arrive the same day they leave - My flight is 6:55am I Change @ heathrow and if all goes to plan I'll be in BCN 12:30 there time (11:30 our time)

Yes, Helen, I'm with you -- I thought the point of the list was to let us know when a person was "disappearing" from the board because they had left for Barcelona so we wouldn't worry about them . . . it's too complicated to also keep track of when people are showing up.

As we arrive at lunchtime, I think ours will be find a local bar , have a bite of lunch and perhaps a glass or two of sangria

We are going to "chill" - maybe head to the beach. We leave our house at 4:45 on Monday am and arrive in Barcelona at 11:05 on Tues am - we will be exhausted! But, no naps, right Andrew??
