I thought I heard 3 days before, I think I would call the reservations people and ask them their advice........I would think that some spot would open up in the next few days. Maybe you could ask if you can cancel after the 3 days if the last spot doesn't open up?

I was just looking at our excursions and noticed it showed we have nothing planed while in Palermo! We had reserved the Erice and Segesta package and I had even printed out our itinerary on July 16th which shows it reserved. I called the Castaway club and the CM spoke with her supervisor who is going to call me tomorrow about how that could have happened. All I know is they sure better fix this or I will be a very unhappy camper!

Hey Sandra,

I took a crack at it and here's what I found, although that teeny teeny tiny print is hard to read!

I think that Former CPer's room says 2345 on the list and it should say 2545. There is no 2345 on the ship map and 2545 is RED on the map.

Iowazipcode 2550 is NOT red, although Iowazipcode 7554 IS red

Donioc 6537 is NOT red on the map

Let me know if those seem like the right corrections - and THANKS to everyone for all their hard work!

Susy, thank you so much for looking into this. I was just about to print it out and see where the discrepencies are and now you have done it for me. I will PM everyone to let them know about the problem and then they can correct it on thier booklet. JustJus is making up lists of rooms by floors and will get them to us possibly at the Dis Meet. (THankyou Justine).

I'm feeling crunched because I told DD13 I'd spend Monday and Tuesday with her and now DH made plans for us to visit friends this afternoon so the stress is setting in.

Yes, I've noticed that if you don't hit submit, things don't change and I found errors as well until I went back and double-checked everything.

The PDF version of the DISGuide has been updated.

To print with Adobe reader, the following should work:

1. In the print dialog, select "Print Odd Pages Only". This should print pages 1,3,5,7

2. place these sheets back in the printer, reversed (flipping the paper so that the white side will be printed on, and leaving the "bottom" of the page (when viewed horizontally) on the same side as before.

3. In the print dialog, select "Print Even Pages Only". This should print pages 2,4,6,8 on the back. Make sure the pages are ordered correctly - that the previously printed page 1 is the first that will be printed.

4. You may need to flip the pages at this point to get them in the correct order in the pamphlet.

You should then be able to fold the pages over to make a small pamphlet.

This will work best of thick paper or "presentation" paper.

The map that is uploaded on page 1, post 1 has all of these marked correctly. I'd like to suggest that everyone print off this and use it to mark off the maps in the booklet.

Oh, and on a sadder note:

I'm going to go to a funeral today at 2pm. A coworker & friend of mine's father passed away two Wednesday's ago. He was more elderly and had cancer, so they knew it was coming. Her mother broke her hip the next day, and had been in the hospital. Well, as it turned out, her mother got pneumonia, and passed away Thursday morning. Today's memorial service will honor both her parents. I feel so badly for her. for my friend, Renee.

I have a question about handing out the gifts for the Fish Extenders. Are gifts handed out throughout the day, during the night, the evening before, or in the morning of?

Please advise, as I've never done this before.

MaryJo, any time that is convenient for you . During the night before or any time during the day would be fine.

Also don't stress out if for some reason you miss your day. There are 2 booked for every day just in case of things like this. Remember this is for FUN not stress.
