I could not have said this better myself. Perfect.

I also do not like to schedule many excursions, activities, meets, etc. because at home I am on a schedule almost every day of my life. Working part-time and always running around with children's (now just dd) activities, games, practices and appointments is very stressful. I don't want to have to be somewhere all the time while on vacation.

WE feel the same way. At first we were booked at every port and had Spa reservations on the sea days. Then the more we talked it over we realized we want to have a vacation from the hectic scedules we both have. So we have really scaled back and are much happier with our choices now.

OMG!! Is Pubmaster Andy, the Andy from Australia who we sailed with years ago?? Does anyone know if that is the same guy?? If so, HE IS SO MUCH FUN! We have to find out!!

Thought I know it isnt Spainish, but in Barcelona I am going to use the Hard rock cafe just down from my hotel a lot, does anyone want to meet up there?

Not sure if we can pre book, but at least Kids will be happy???

Did you book your flights through Disney? We originally did but when we added the extra night in Barcelona Disney couldn't or wouldn't change our flights so we cancelled them through Disney and got them on our own. We saved $500. I didn't like not knowing our flights ahead of time. It's a control thing.

Cheese fries count as dinner as far as I'm concerned

We did book our flights through Disney and they added the extra night in Barcelona but we did that early on so maybe that is why they didn't give us a problem with it. I did hate the waiting to find out about the flights, but I was afraid if we booked our own with our luck the airline would go on stike or bankrupt before our flight, so I thought it was worth the wait! Believe me, I understand the control issue...I want to know everything
right down to the printing out of my custom made itinerary I drive everyone nuts with my updates!!

Hey, the cheese fries worked for me, but DH did not eat at the concession stand, so he settled for pizza....a well balanced meal!!

My creative DH is making our fish hanger. He is so resourseful and I think he is having fun doing it!!

I notice that there was a lot of talk about Loo Paper going on...now I know that this will be my 3rd cruise and I've travelled fairly extensively in Europe but is there something about lavvie paper that I NEED to be aware of ????

On my last DIS cruise..... .....we met in the lobby (w where the Mickey & wheel is) on the last night and took pictures.......we would just need to pick a time (wear our lanyards, of course).....what do you guys think?

I think it would be a great idea, but the hardest part is going to be finding a time that everyone has free---not at brunch, spa, etc..It will be a really large group, but a wonderful momento.

Hasn't been discussed yet. I'd recommend Saturday - so people will have a chance to spot each other before the official Dismeet the next day?

I can't belive I forgot to brag a little, but both of our dgs hit their first homeruns of this season over the weekend. Chad (8) in minor league and Nathan (13) in pony league!

We could take over the atrium! I sort of think before first seating because I know late seating never finishes at the same time. We always seemed to be last ones out for some reason. One year I know it was because we had the slowest server on the ship.

To be honest - I've been really down and fed up over the weekend. It dosn't help that my back has been bad.

I am soooo not happy with my weight -although I guess I should be pleased as its only been 13 weeks since my operation.

Well I had a chicken salad for tea tonight - so that was good.

Sorry, Helen....I'm having a day like this too! Just 4 more days of school, but things are not good right now with our staff....too many changes and too many unhappy staff members....it's bringing me down....this thread is keeping me alive!!!!!!!!!!!
