Come back to London and its nearly the same temp as Majorca was went I left it this morning.

That's amazing!!!!! Was it cold in Majorca or hot in London? It's too hot for my taste here in NYC . . .

That's amazing!!!!! Was it cold in Majorca or hot in London? It's too hot for my taste here in NYC . . .

Today Majorca was HOT and London is Very HOT!

The Weather wasnt perfect in Majorca, flying in over Barcelona that was clear skys I could see a lot, the airport, the port, the City, all compact, and the cruise ships in Port.

But on arrival Majorca was overcast, we then had a storm, very windy for a few days overnight rain, but then went very hot.

Wow maria you're going to get on just fine, helen will find she has competiition when she gets back from holiday...but it doesn't matter to me you are both Brits.

Some of us are not at all competitive and wouldn't ever worry about catching up

Update for Monday 28th May

• More new cruisers, more BRITS Maria Richard and children, an American Navy family living in Sicily Lindsey and Derrick, luv that cruise and Lisa and Dale and family
• Mrs G got a new tag , Danfromca got a new tag and Kidcoos wants a tag and is singing for it
• Discussion on Fish extenders (pics were posted and some people are making them), Jetlag and when do you become a mouseketeer
• My computer crashed, really, properly it's gone to computer heaven so I went out for a new one in the meantime Maria got the next Pirate
• More doggie pics
• Discussion on getting to the ship from the airport
• a door decorating competition
• advice on posting photos and making quotes
• a conversation on formal and semi formal dressing up
• a list of shows and deck parties with days from 26th May cruise
• Lastly Sallie has corrupted the whole thread and now everyone is talking about flashing

• Dan is going into the passport business
• Sandra's Son's friend died
• Sallie has 2 new kittens
• Joann and Lynn had a late pirate battle for 4500 and Joann won
• Talk about ATMs and where to get Euros
• Another lot of new cruisers Don and Anna
• Joann posted some cruise tips which led to some discussion about bad experiences from the transatlantic people, general consensus hopefully by our cruise all the glitches will have worked themselves out

Summary for Wednesday 30th May

• Everyone is excited about participating in the fish extender/ door gifts
• TIP: let your credit card company know you are overseas
• Lots of TLC for the people who are down or who have lost somebody close to them
• The Flashing continues
• Kyla is still collecting payments and organising lanyards,Thanks Kyla
• More doggie talk
• Mary Jo is going to Blog
• She has also booked her hotel room Las Ramblas
• The Pirate name Quiz was posted (4590) and has caused much mirth
• Especially for Kyla as she is a smelly pirate!
• Joann got the 4600 pirate because no one else noticed
• Dan likes chocolate smoothies I'm sure I could grow to like them anyone know if they are available on board
• Joann is catching helen up
• Lots more teachers checking in so a list of teachers has been formed

• Don wants us to start a Disney university
• Dan gave us a good site for creating postcards on line
• Carrie did 66 yes 66 multiquotes. Beat that!
• The reports from the Med are of rough seas
• Joann posted a packing list which has been added to by others (Does it have loo roll on it!?)
• Disneylover up late by herself told pirate jokes, Joann thinks she had Helenitis
• People worried about feeling too rushed on the cruise having scheduled too much, Kyla just wants to see everything and got a new tag
• There was a pirate Mystery on the thread, Kyla tried for a sneaky pirate, Mary Jo got it but then suddenly Kyla had it back, so Kyla got 4700. But now Kyla has Helenitis
• Mary Jo gave us some keyboard short cuts. She's also coordinating a map with all the cabin nos. so we can do the door thing
• Kidcoos3 got a hot tub and got tagged too, ( she was so excited she thought she'd have an accident!) (I hope not in the hot tub! )
• Dan's been promoted to Lieutenant behind Admiral Andrew and Captain Helen

• Mary Jo posted a calendar which she will copy to people who want it
• Mrs G tried to get the next pirate by talking to herself more Helenitis, but Aurora just snuck it with a genuine question
• However this Helenitis seems to be even more contagious than the flashing because now Aurora has it!

Well, I think Andrew started it. At the top right hand corner of your post is the post number. When it hits a number ending in 500 or 000 number its a pirate for whoever posted. You will notice a swarm of killer bees come out just as we get to within 20 posts of this. Although, of late, the board seems deserted and just as you reach the magical post, people come out of the woodwork with impeccable timing and snags the pirate away (sneaky pirates). Argggg...... Helenititis is when you start posting like 10 times in a row trying for that pirate. Helen is MrsJobba who is gone on vacation right now and so can't defend herself.
On page 1, post 10, Andrew lists the pirates won to date. Post 5000 is coming up, and its a biggie.

ETA: Oops, got that wrong, When the posts end in 00 or 000 is a pirate.

Hi Anna!! I also walk between 6:30 and 7- although, I plan on doing this on the boat, I am worried that we will be too pooped with all the excursions and activites- but I do plan on doing it- I love walking on the ship in the early hours who else is up for the early walks???

I would probably join in on sea days for sure. I have morning excursion on most other days.
