Yes.. i think its a great idea, I need to check what time I am getting to Barcelona from Paris- I think Im leaving Paris at 4:30, then getting luggage, finding hotel- ugg-I hope I will make both, but I am worried we may be cutting it close..

I thought that if anyone had or was able to get those glow in the dark necklaces ( the cheap kind that goes out after about 10 hours)- it would be a really way to spot each other. Its the kind you bend to activate. They have them in party stores and dollar stores. Just a thought !!!

Does anyone know where The Hotel Hesperata(sp?) is located?? Is it close to the fountain or the restaurant?

Since we are spending a night in Paris, then Barcelona- Do you think there is anyway Charles D. Airport in Paris would hold our luggage overnight since we will back the next day for our flight to Barcelona?- Or do you even think it will be safe if they did?? We land in Paris at 10am, and then leave 4 ish the next day I think? silly question- yes, I know - But I wish I didnt have to deal with atht luggage

We are at the Hotel Cram pre and AC Barcelona after!

We will be staying at Grand Marina if this is where you decide to meet the night before the cruise...let us know!!

We are staying at the AC Barcelona the night before the cruise. I'm a bit worried about how the jetlag will affect me. DH and sleep through anything but I've never been able to sleep on a plane.

i'm staying that the hesperia presidente. i think it is downtown somewhere. i'm planning on buying a couple of bottles for friday and saturday and just drink the ship's water from deck 9.

Okay, I just heard back from my TA. We were able to get Hilton-Diagonal-Mar-Barcelona. We have 4 rooms......anyone else here? We have 2 nights July 26 and July 27.!

The plan to meet at the Grand Marina and then onto the Fountain sounds good. We are staying at the Grand Marina so that is convenient!

I wanted a place with room for all 4 of us, in one room. So we are at the Husa Lilla. Not sure where it is in comparison to the others, or the fountain. But I will see what we can do.

We are staying in what is supposed to be 2 triple rooms in Royal Ramblas which if I remember correctly is at the top of Las Ramblas and close to EL Cortes Ingles. I'm sure I'll have to discover where this store is and shop there. Does anyone now if we can bring food onto the Magic from the local stores?

We are staying at the Hesperia Presidente. DCL hotel, but we booked it ourselves. Since there are 5 of us, I needed to make sure that we could fit into 2 rooms - those European hotel rooms sure are tiny!! I didn't mind getting 2 rooms, but several hotels wanted us to get 3 - no way!!

We're staying at the Gran Via Hotel. It seems it was once a small palace??? Anyway, it seems central to the sights and it's easily accessed by metro.

Mine is Hotel Crystal Palace, just of La Rambler. For the week preceding the cruise. Family suite.

AC Barcelona, one night before.

Paris- one night Hotel Lutetia(26th) ( TA booked it)
Barcelona one night- Hotel Hesperia Presidente
Post- one night Hotel Husa Illa (27th)
