For those living in England and familiar with all the transportation going ons, are we better off to take a train from hotel to Heathrow to catch a Disney bus to port or tube from hotel to high speed train to Dover Priory and taxi to port?

Actually due to various circumstances it will be, For example, DD can't go she is studying at Cambridge, She isn't going with us next year, DS is the same, Post 2016, we have outgrown it now.
