The next round of discounts came out. They run til 6/11 and expire 2/28. Looks like we are waiting another 2 months to see what's offered for July.

Honestly, without saying anything to the rest of my family, I'm starting to look at alternatives.

With college tuition looming in the fall, it would have to be a heck of a discount to convince me to go this year... or for the next few years.

We're booked for July as well .. hoping for that March Disney Visa or general public discount! I know it's not guaranteed but it sure would help!

I'm keeping my eyes peeled as well. After taking a year off, we're buying AP's again. I'd like to make one trip in late June with my two little ones and my mom and another in late July with just me and my 4 year old daughter.

My hope is that the room discount Disney has offered for the past several Summer's is offered again. We're staying at AKL this time and that discount would bring me back down to a much more comfortable price range. Fingers & toes crossed it comes out before any increase in ticket prices happens.

I have two reservations for July.

The Poly with 1 room for 4 nights 5 days 3 adults and my sons ages 5 & 6 with DDP

BUT after the free QS promo at values came out, I convinced my SIL to,let me find us something there that would cost less and give us more time.

The Pop with 2 rooms for 5 nights 6 days for the same people with the DDP. we were able to upgrade the QS meal to the DDP for a slight savings of what we would have paid but we also got the extra night and room and it still came in for much less than the Poly.

We are keeping both reservations until the last possible minute that we can get a full refund.

I personally don't care about keeping the Poly, we stayed there and at the Comtep our past two trips but my husband and I both teach, have young boys, and are driving from Maine so to say the least we are a Value family all the way

My SIL leaves 3-4 hours from Orlando so she always joins us and we spend some time at her home.

We have a Friday in Tampa that we will visit for a couple days as well. Any discounted/free things to do there? We will do a beach day.

I have also booked our trip for July 23rd and am keeping an eye out for the Disney Visa discount. This is the first time which I have booked a trip before knowing my discount. I HATE the unknown but I wanted to be able to make my ADR at the 180 mark. A discount would really make me feel better about the trip. Keeping my fingers & toes crossed for some good Pixie Dust. I don't want to change my hotel but I may to get a better deal.

We are booked 7/23-31 - I called today on a whim and found that my name had a PIN code for our visit - saved us 600.00 - worth the call (20% of CBR and free park hopper option) Good luck!

There was an increase in park ticket costs on the 28th.

Missed out on the summer promo this morning...all standard mod rooms booked and upgrades to water views would raise my costs.
