July 2011

Those views of the Poly... swoon! I can't wait to be there in 34 days! I almost feel like spending all day at the hotel... Sooooooo pretty!

Just wanted to tell you that I am really enjoying your TR, but also your blog! I keep trying to post on it but it keeps not appearing for some reason. Ah well, really enjoy getting a bit of Disney into my days! Although you might be held personnally responsible for the 10 lbs that I will gain with all the cupcakes that I now have to try! ;)

I was in NYC in January, and I saw the Pret across the street and I was like "I MUST GO THERE NOW!" lol - wasn't quite the same as in London, but it was fun to see the old advets and offerings. I wish they'd bring it to other cities as well!

Haha...I think I remember Zoo Tycoon as well! I loved the building games too...there was one called "Emperor" where you had to build the whole city --houses and farms and shops and temples that I loved. You could also wage war in Emperor, which I never liked to do, but of course that's all my brothers did! :rolleyes1

Ahaha we're too alike it's scary sometimes, definitely had Emperor or whatever it's called (I think Age of Empires rings a bell) and it was def my brother that started the wars, I never did!!

Oh man, I am most definitely adding your Poly hammock on to my must see list for next year! (As if I wasn't already!) It really is far too pretty!! Plus I definitely need to see the EWP in full at some point as well. Yay for adding things to my list! :goodvibes

I was in a Pret today to get a coffee before work it made me think of you! :)

I'm new to your TR and subscribing now.

I just had to say that I love the photos of the newer pool area at SSR. I was born/raised/still live in the real Saratoga Springs (NY) area, so it is always interesting to me to see how SSR compares. We toured a bit of the resort this year and it is mostly reminiscent of old Saratoga, but that pool area with its red & white is SO current Saratoga. They really captured the essence of our local "Summer place to be," as the race track's slogan puts it.

I, for one, never tire of your beautiful Poly pictures. I love your snobby shadow. I'm sure checking out was hard to do. That Poly room does look so pretty and it is an awesome closet. :thumbsup2

Another entertaining installment! I love your take on Disney! When we were there in October, I was even looking for things like the Moroccan and Polynesian suns in IASW.

Hey Emma! I wanted to catch up on all my favorite TRs before my next trip (in SIX DAYS!) and so of course I had to come find the Disney Snob!

I am sooo happy for you that you are a cast member! What a magical dream come true for real! I checked out your blog and I love it, I will have to read more of it when I have more time and keep up.

Great report as usual. You guys have seriously mastered taking it slow and relaxing while at Disney. I don't blame you for spending so much time at the Poly at ALL, it is one of my favorite places in the world!

Hope you're having a great Holiday season working for the mouse! I can't wait to see all the decorations, it's my first time going during the holidays!

The only thing I don't like about all your Polynesian pictures is that they make me want to go back SO BAD! I love that resort as well! :goodvibes

LOL, I love it -- I'll be your American twin! :thumbsup2 Ohhhh, Pret! Sometimes I wander the British stores in Epcot just because I miss England! :goodvibes I'm always tempted by the aero bars and mcvitties there, but they're so expensive!

That sounds amazing!! If you're still working by the time I come over next year I'll bring you some ;) (either that or PM me your address and I'll work on sending you some!!)

Sucks you had to move out of the Poly, but I love those photos on the beach!! :) Ooh and you're breakfast is definitely my type of breakfast :) yummy!

I was so behind here and missed the news about your new job. Congrats!!! I have been by your blog and am now a follower. I love that slipped in a reference to Psych. It is one of my favorite shows on the telly right now. I love all your pictures of the Polly. I hope to stay there some day.

you're not the only one with grand plans for polynesian-style closet doors, LOL. They'd add magic to any fab wardrobe.

I gotta say, your pictures of the Polynesian played a pretty big role in us switching our reservation to stay there in January! I'm very excited, we've never stayed there before, but it looks/sounds awesome! It especially looks great decorated for the holidays, but I'm not sure how much of that we'd see by the time we get there!
