Hi everyone. thanks for the welcome. don't really know anyone here on dis boards. i kinda pop in and out. work keeps me very busy. i'm a pediatric physical therapist, who treats children with special needs. my kido's keep me pretty busy. anyway, here is our list of ADR's.
we have been trying to try at least one new place each time we go for the past few years cause my wife and i are creatures of habit and always seen to migrate to the same places for the past 10 years.
july 16: via napoli 6:20 (never been there.)
july 17: cal grill 5:30
july 18: chef mickey 9:30
citricos 5:30
july 19: jiko 5:30 (new also. we got crazy this trip and tried more than one new place! lol)
july 20th: cindy's castle 5:30
july 21st: flying fish 5:30
july 22: wave (another new one! we figured since we were just there in dec we would really branch out with diff choices! like i said this is big for us! lol)
july 23: yatchsman steakhouse 5:30
ok i'm done now!

forgive me ahead of time if you run into this post more than once... but look what I'M planning!! I can't tell any of the fam - so i'm sharing with y'all!
I had a t-shirt design made... I believe Penny... or Shadow writer... and I ran across a cake...
So for our anniversary -- I'm having the cake re-made.. .but to MATCH the T-shirt design - we will be wearing these for our day... The cake will be blue w/ silver stars - have the mickey-wedding bands overlapping on the top of the cake - with a banner "Jeff and Tracy - 12 Magical Years"... The silver bow on the top will be gone.
My DH and kids know NOTHING!! Not even about the t-shirts!!!
I'm so excited!! Can't wait to see the cake!

That cake is cool! I had tossed around the cake idea to surprise hubby. I decided to go with Cirque tickets instead. I'll have a card with me and give it to him with the tickets the night before!

is it too early to get out the suitcases??
REally sad that I'm not going to be able to attend the DIS meet at Epcot --

No one has the same reservations as me. In fact, I think they planned to not be anywhere I am. I'm starting to worry that when I show up for the July 10 Dismeet they will have secretly changed the time. No one wants coal, I guess.
3 weeks from today. 3 WEEKS! My husband actually made his first comment about the time today. Now I know he is getting excited too.

It was our DME info, I was worried because it only had our arrival info.. but I guess since I have two reservations our departure is linked to our second reservation. I wonder if we will receive another letter from DME. Thanks for fixing the date.
I just checked mine, our departure info is on the back of the page that the arrival info is on. Of course, if you are doing a split stay maybe you are getting two DME packets. Like someone else said, that is easy to fix once you are there.

I have updated the ADR list on page 92 - I did not have a time for the Wave so if you want to let me know I will fix it. Your ADRs look great - we are trying new places this time too. Yachtman is a new one for us. We loved the Wave when we ate there a few years ago, and may still try to add it in.....

We are at the wave for 5:30.
Yachtsman is our favorite place. I think it's the best place in all of Disney. We never have had near a bad dinner there! U will love it!
If u like lamb there's is awesome! There Mac and cheese side is great too.
Sorry we can't make it either. I doubt if we will be in the park in the afternoon cause of the baby, but who knows. In dec she was a trooper for only being 13 mths old!

I once ordered a Mickey face shaped cake from Chef Mickey's (we were staying at the Contemporary) and it was to die for.

If worse comes to worse we can always do a disphoto with one of the characters

I am hesitant to volunteer because we will be coming over from Boardwalk late in the day, coming through the International Gateway we won't have much opportunity to find one........I will keep my eyes open for one, but don't want the sole responsibility.....

Yes, the photo was at Park Fare last summer. I think the idea of doing the photo with a character is a great back up plan!

I don't know what time we're actually getting to Epcot that day. Not to sound like a copy cat here, but we'll be coming over from BW sometime later in the day, as well. If I see one, I will do my best to drag them...
