I'm so excited. My family is going 7/19 to 7/31. Going to celebrate my 50th birthday and Disney is my favorite place to celebrate!

My next PTR update it going to be my plan for MK since it's the first day! Mainly its just going to include what our must dos are and what are some things that we have never done at MK and want to do!

Soo, in light of that..what are some things that you all have never done at the world and would like to do?! I figured this would be a fun little thing to do!

I'll start with just MK. When you move on to another park in your PTR, let us know.

1. I have never had a Dole Whip... I am bound and determined to do that this time!!!

2. We are eating at Tony's for the first time.

3. I have never met with Mickey and Minnie in their new place off of Main St., and I plan to do so! (okay, this was a "cheap" one since I am going to guess most if not all of us have not yet done this... hehe)

4. I want to get a treat at the Main St. Bakery!

Things we have not done at MK:
My kids have never gone in Swiss Family Tree (I have but that was many yrs ago) and I don't think I have ever gone to Tom Sawyer Island. We are definately going to try that and look for the famous paint brushes I hear about.

One thing that I would be in Heaven would to be picked for the Family of the Day. We might try to get there early and see if we get picked.

Flying out from Gatwick in the UK on 21st July 2011 for 14 nights at POR, 2 rooms... our first trip as a newly formed family Me, DP, DSS (18) & DSD (turns 15 the day before we leave)

DDD today for us. We are so excited since we booked 396 days out at Wyndham Bonnet Creek it has been a while coming. Love the Double Digit Dance and now looking forward to the single digit.

For all of those who are offically in their DDD zone!

I found out yesterday that one of my DD's decided to get into our trip stuff and lost her 50 dollar gift card for disney I talked to DH and he said that if she can earn back the money for spending then he has no problem with me getting her a new GC but not to buy it until near the end of June which I fully agree with.

Last night DH found out he is offically on the 3 month mark until he gets to see us again! Were really hoping for the time to fly by to!

I got all of our stuff put into one duffel bag for the trip but am thinking that we are really going to need the 2nd bag once we have everything done and ready to go.

Things we havve not done yet:

Tom Sawyer Island, Buzz Light Year's Spin, The People Mover, Astro Orbiter, fully walked around WS and FW in Epcot, and a slew of other things. This trip were going to do more in the MK in terms of Tomorrowland. I think the only time we stepped foot in that part of the park on the last trip was to ride Space Mountian...horrible I know! My older girls didnt think much of the Tree House but myself and my youngest DD loved it (the breeze was nice for me and she got out of the stroller to walk for a bit and stretch her little legs).

Intresting fact, the maps I ordered from Disney still have Toontown Fair on them although I know it's walled off and being torn up for the expansion. It would have been nice to take DH to see all the things he missed on our last trip like the Country Houses and Donalds Boat.

Did they change it again? I just checked and All Ears has it scheduled to be open June 1. Of course, that is tentative and it could have changed.

Hoping someone can help me out here. While working on our schedule a couple of weeks ago, we saw on wdwinfo that Wishes was scheduled for 8pm on Sunday, July 3. We made reservations for dinner at Poly on that night with plans to catch Wishes from the beach afterwards.

However today while at the Disney website, I noticed they dont show a scheduled Wishes show for Sunday July 3 or Monday July 4. It does however, show Wishes on Wednesday July 5. Does anyone know if there will be a Wishes show Sunday or Monday night?

It isn't showing "Wishes" because it will be the special 4th of July Fireworks on the 3rd and the 4th. This is a very spectacular show!

However, if you actually want to see "Wishes," you will not be able to see that on those dates.
