OK, I'll bite. What are beignets? And describe them slowly. I'm 5 months pregnant and always ready for dessert.

I'm not sure if beignets are a French dessert, but they are all over New Orleans (hence being at POFQ). They are absolutely delicious!!! If you are ever in New Orleans, have them at Cafe Du Monde.

We were on the DDP, and I used a snack credit to get beignets . I only got 3 and when I got home, I found out, I could have gotten 6.
