July 2007 Roll Call!

I just realised today that my WDW vacation is now into the Double digits. 98 more days to go and I'm looking forward to this trip so much.

2 days at Universal onsite (PBH) then on Saturday I checkout and move over to the Polynesian for 7 glorious nights.

Best part of it is that I get a chance to meet several other Poly fans at the Tikifest event and at the Polynesian. Got a great group rate as well, in fact the cheapest rate I ever got staying at the Poly on my 3 previous visits.

I hope to meet a lot of fellow DISer's on this trip and make some great memories. See ya there!

We will be at Bonnet Creek July 6-13 in the presidential Suite ...free 4 bedrooms and 4 baths!!( my parents are owners) Followed by

Shades of Green July 13-16 ( our dime)

Can't wait!! We have a Wishes cruise planned for the 6th and a Illuminations cruise planned on the 10th!!


We are also celebrating my 35th and my parents birthdays while we are there. (I'm July 19 and they are the 25th and 28th)

Just booked July 15-27th at OKW in 2 bedroom with our best friends - it's their little boys' first time to WDW and I can't wait to see their reactions!

We are visiting from July 20 - July 30, split stay at POP and OKW with family. My first stay at POP and OKW. Maybe we will see ya!

We are from Illinois but just across the river from St. Louis. We are going July 1-6 and are either staying at the Swan or POFQ. I can't wait! We are taking our DS(7).

Just finalized ADRs for our trip

7/22 - Arrival day - Group dinner at Spoodles (we're staying at the Boardwalk, so this seemed logical as we all get in at different times and have different travel distances).

7/23 - Monday - Illuminations Grand Gathering - CAN'T WAIT, I love good food and I love Illuminations, and its close to BWV, what's not to like?

7/23 - Tuesday - Universal Studios

7/24 - Wednesday - Group dinner at House of Blues, looking for something non-Disneyish for one night. This should be a nice change and a chance to hang at DTD for a bit.

7/25 - Thursday - Character Breakfast at Cape May's (again, close to BWV for that 8:00am Res). We've done Chef Mickey's a few times, wanted a change of pace. Dinner at Marrakesh in Morocco. Always try to hit a new World Showcase TS each trip. I've done Italy and Mexico previously (had CS in Japan).

7/26 - Friday - Spirit of Aloha at Poly - recommended by parents, my DW and I's night away from DD while the grandparents babysit.

7/26 - Saturday - Dinner at Garden Grill. Did this character dinner about 7 years ago. Loved the food and the "home cooking" atmosphere. Decided to give it another run.

Obviously most of our ADRs are in the Epcot resort area as we're staying at BWV. All locations will be new to me except Garden Grill and House of Blues, which is nice.

Less than 3 months! Under 80 days to go!

I'm disappointed in the Refurb. schedule. No SSE or HM while we're there. Those are major attractions to be closed over a busier time. SSE looks like its going to be a great Refurb. when done. But with that closed and Body Works on "Hiatus" that leaves Epcot a bit sparce.
