Thank you for adding us to the FE List; we have not cruised before and want to make sure we understand the process. Are adults participating or just the kids? Are you thinking of doing something random throughout the trip or just at the end? I have read many threads and it seems to be different for each cruise( Wow July 20 is not that far away) and I am just trying to get some ideas together.

This is our second cruise. My feeling is the FE group is for everything not just kids.

Last cruise we did a 3 day. So our FE hung on the hook the whole trip and we received things the whole time. I know for myself I spread out the distributing of the gifts over 2 days.

Just a short note that we too are on this cruise. It's myself, OH and our son (6).
Not sure if we will partake in the FE as I am pretty busy leading up to this cruise and I don't want to disappoint with cheesy gifts. But if I think of some fun, cute, easy projects I may reconsider by June 10.

This is our first Disney Cruise, but not our first cruise.

We don't particularly care for formal night and wonder if there are other options for dining. We could always get room service and enjoy our verandah that evening.

Do we sit with others in dining? Just curious.

I went through all the other pages of posts and Carol36 if you want to see a good show, consider Spiderman. It was the last show we saw and enjoyed it immensely. Make sure you get some lunch or dinner afterwards at Sardi's.

We live about 15 min's outside of NYC in northern NJ. Will be nice to take a limo to the ship.

When we were on the Dream last August we sat at our own table during meals. I do believe there are other options during formal night. Our last cruise didn't have formal night.

Sounds like a fun idea to communicate on face book; might even be a bit easier.
We could have a sub group for the FE participants I believe there are 5 families particpating as of today.
