What do you do in Disney?

What kind of room do you have?

We have a balcony on deck 7. Traveling with the two teen grandkids and our son and his girlfriend.

dizzi: Sorry you didn't seem too happy about your room on the other cruise. I know you'll have a great time on the Wonder.

You can alway check at the port for an upgrade if available. Way back on our first couple of Disney cruises we had porthole rooms but since then have always opted for a balcony. It's so nice to be able to step out from your cabin and get some fresh air and listen to the sounds of the sea!

Good luck on that upgrade.

Yes i do love the balconies too!

But some times a bit out of my range.

I dont mind the port hole with this group i am traveling with.

But i will try for a balcony it cant hurt to try.

But next time Dh and i go alone it will have to be a balcony.

I think i have my clothing list down for the cruise.
I have a few things i need to make and a few things i need to buy.

We are making tye dye shirts to match for our embarkation.
Getting really excited!!

Just got flights for my older DD to fly into FOrt Lauderdale and out of Orlando less than $300.

ONE THING OFF MY LIST FOR CRUISE!!!

We are about done with our clothes gathering. Getting ready to get our last bit of things today.

We have purchased snorkel gear to use at both nassua and CC.

Because we will definitely use again.

Madthumper......I suppose our kiddos will be hanging out together in the teen club have your GKs been on the wonder before?

have yet to post, but, me, my partner, along with 7 more family members including two nieces and one nephew, will be on this sailing.

Just saw that someone posted the 5 night KW Navigators. Seeing that this is my first posting, I'm unable to post a link?????

We are a big disney fans. We have been taking our kids to Disney world since 1997 we go every year. for the last 10 years we have been staying at the Grand Floridain. This year we are trying out the cruise for 5 nights then head over to the GF for 8 nights. our Daughters are now 20 and 21. Since we have never been on a cruise we have invited my wife's God father. he has been on many cruises. He just hasn't been on this one. We hope he can help us out on the boat. We have room 7130,7134, and 5648

We figure having 3 rooms this will give us plenty of space.

We could use any info anybody wants to give up. If anybody want to know about the parks we have all the answers to that. Both daughters have gone thought the college program. One spent 7 months and one spent 5 months doing a intern with disney.

We love V & A at the grand. does Palo compare to this?

I hope to meet other Dis members on this cruise.

This will be our 3rd cruise with disney..I am sure you will enjoy.
Awesome that you have the 3 rooms, that will allow you to stretch out.

I have never been on the Wonder only the Magic but i would imagine they are similiar.

I cant speak of the comparison with Palo and VA have never been to VA, I have read that Palo is not as good and i have read that they are as good.

My view on Palo.....I have had both GREAT and Mediocre service
I have had both GREAT and NOT GREAT Food.
THE ATMOSPHERE??? How can you beat that!
THE VIEW...BREATHTAKING!!!

Which do you think you will be Reserving??? Dinner OR Brunch?

My DD talks about wanting to do the Disney College dont know if she is serious yet she has another 5 years.
But she would probablly like to hear what you or your girls have to say about it.

We wanted to met other Dissers too.......THIS THREAD IS SOOOOOO QUIET!!!
I am used to threads having 1000s of post by this close to the cruise....

But quiet can be good too...

Hi All!

I've been lurking here since about March, but I finally decided it's about time I finally got up the nerve to post. This will be our first Disney cruise, and we are so excited! It'll be me (13 year old who's addicted to trip planning) and my parents (who think I'm insane for being such an addict, so they're not on here... yet). We're all huge Disney fans, and we've wanted to do a Disney crusie for ages.

As of now, we're doing the White Knuckle Thrill Boat in Key West, the Atlantis Aquaventure in Nassau, and the Extreme Getaway Package at CC (What do you mean you want to relax on vacation?). My parents are also having brunch at Palo, but I'm not invited

We're also spending 5 nights at Universal Orlando for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter (I'm also a Harry Potter addict ). I can't believe there's less than a month left!
