Ah hah! I wondered who won that question! Did you get an awesome grab bag?!?!
I got an AWESOME grab bag gift in which Gracie (JoAnn #2/BigAWL) assisted me in opening! Everyone's children were so well behaved! You should ALL be proud!
We had a blast and thanks for all of the unique FE gifts. We were able to meet a few families on the FE list last week.

We had some problems with
FL Tours picking us up Saturday. We had to wait 2.5 hours for them to return to pick us up. For a Disney recommended company this is unacceptable. We communicated when making reservations and the week prior that we wanted a 10am pickup and debarkation morning we told them we would be ready early at 9:15a after eating and customs. Our driver left the port and drove all the way back to WDW then back to airport and then came to get us. We were able to negotiate a $90 refund from them. We did have to call them at least a dozen times Saturday to get a pickup and secure the refund.
Who do you experienced cruzers recommend next time? As we were not flying out, thankfully, on Saturday. Thanks.
I LOVE our town car guy. He has been driving our family for about 9 years now. He's professional, flexible and dependable. He's like the kids' other grandparent (besides Lucy!

)
Team Fisher? I think took a hit at the terminal customs building, somehow taking two of their bags and loading them into a transfer company town car and driving off. I hope they or someone has an update on this unfortunate event. We are praying that the company or persons involved did/will contact them.
We got home and the stress was off the chart! It all came down to one thing. The porters at the terminal were trying to rush everyone out. I understand that, but if any of you saw much of us, my MIL was not the kind we could rush with. Between her oxygen, scooter, etc. it was exasperating! I will never regret taking her, but it was WORK!! Anyway, when one porter realized that another one was helping us she handed the bags off, but to the wrong porter!!!

We didn't realize it until he threw them onto some else's stack and wisked them away with our two bags too! Then
DCL didn't pull the oxygen machine off the ship as they had told us they were to do....we weren't "allowed" to. So that was still on the ship and had to be retrieved. We departed the terminal almost an hour late which meant our town car driver was late for his pick up. I felt TERRIBLE about that......That was JUST THE BEGINNING of an ripple effect! 'nuf said and letters are in the mail...
Hey just wanted to say Hope everyone made it home safe and sound. I really want to thank everyone for the fun FE gifts! My kids had a ball with them! That really was alot of fun. And GeorgiaJamie....Wow! Thankyou notes! I am really impressed. Take care everyone. Hope to See you real soon!
That was impressive GeorgiaJamie, I agree! Our FE gifts were OVER THE TOP!

You guys made our trip for sure! I waited until yesterday as things got calmed down. The kids and I took an hour or so and slowly opened each and every one as we "fought" about who got what!!!

DH wasn't home so he didn't net a lot!!!
They had an awlful time b/c a porter put their luggage in a private car and it drove away and was delivered to the wrong person's house........they did get it back but probably had the worse day ever returning from their cruise.
Word to the wise............be very proactive when getting off the ship to make sure your luggage is all together, b/c the porters try to move your stuff as quickly as possible so they can assist other guests.......
point well taken, but if my DM or DMIL didn't quit asking do I need my passport?, what do I do now?,etc. I swore I was going to scream! My kids were FAR less work!

Again, love them both and we took them for a reason. They BOTH deserved this vacation too!!!
Thanks to everyone for the FE gifts- it was so fun to do and the kids loved seeing what was inside when we returned to the room. We also had a great time with our table mates "Noahsmom" and family. That was pretty great that Disney sat us together-w/out even knowing!
It was sad coming home-but we had an even worse time today- we had to put our beloved Dakota to sleep today. He came back from boarding and his arthritis really was really bothering him.. He couldn't even get up on his back legs yesterday. The whole family went to the vet this morning-it was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. We were blessed with 14 years with him, I just need to keep thinking that.

We had a great cruise though- so we'll enjoy the memories!
I agree with Mrs. G. I am not an animal person, but at least many of them are allowed to die with dignity.
My dad just called me, the farm report on the radio just announced that hog prices fell this week. Probably because our son isn't on the Magic.

In addition to the unlimited bacon at breakfast, our server discovered he loves bacon. He had a huge plate every night with dinner, too!
I had some affect on that as well.....................
I too am still amazed by your bookmarks.

I'm impressed with the design. WOW! And I'm amazed with everything you were doing before the cruise that you could knock out all of these. I need a sewing machine or other machines to mass produce. I barely got those 4 placemats done for the grab bag.
I agree with you on the hand made things. If anyone didn't see my grab bag gift you should have!!!!

They weren't just "placemats" as Shirley described....they were made out of the material she bought that is the same colorful material the servers vests are at Antimator's Palate!!!!!!!! I feel so blessed! I will cherish them forever! Do you mind if I post a pix of them Shirley??? I am SO PROUD of them!
so jealous - a couple of the kids i've been chatting with on facebook are going to the concert too! I think this is the ONLY night we should have clear weather. have fun.
Marcy - you are tempting us!
Weather should be clear Lucy and JoAnn. Remember I tend to send my weather to you. Spotty showers, but no worries I think!!!!!!!!
