Hey guys, hope everything is well. I have posted a revised plan (still not offical) to the 1st post of the teen thread.

AND SCHOOL IS OFFICIALLY OVER FOR ME TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!

WTG!!!:thumbsup2

They start the first Wednesday after Labor Day so when you are back at school Matt will be in band camp.

Can't make it before the cruise because we are meeting up with friends after the cruise. They are staying with us at DVC (I'm booking OKW at my 11 month window and then I'll see if I can squeeze into AKL at 7 months).

Just made the 3 hour round trip drive to drop dd11 off at Girl Scout camp - It's horse camp, I don't think I've ever seen anyone so excited to muck stalls and live (in hot, humid, Houston) without air conditioning. :lmao:

Of course, the minute we get there it starts pouring rain. Not bad odds only the 2nd day of rain in her third year (1 session/year) of camp.

I'll make the return trip next Thursday. This is her first 10-day camp - normally, the sessions are only 5 days.

Well, my youngest DD just graduated so our camp days are over, let's see how 3 in college at the same time goes...............;)

:thumbsup2 Enjoy it while it lasts!!

hope she likes it. I'll still send pics of my babbies to you.

Garry,
I know you won't read this till you get back, BUT we are located very close to Lancaster:banana: - I am SO SORRY we can't meet up:( - as my DISer friend JoAnn will tell you, I LOVE meeting people before my cruise and getting to know everyone. :dance3:
We just got back from Cincinnati last night (hanging out with another very close DISER friend we met along with JoAnn in 2005):cool1: ....what am I trying to say? it NORMALLY would be possible to 'run over' to Lancaster (about 1 hour away from our house), but since my husband just took vacation days for Cincinnati, he is back at work today. ::yes::
IF EVER you have the chance to get up to PA again, please, if possible, let us know ahead of time - we WILL try to meet up, ok?:yay:

I hope you feel better soon!!!

Hugs to everyone who's under the weather............

I don't want to jinx anything but just maybe it might be a little bit better. I can see through the spots a little bit better. Maybe I'm just getting used to it. I just wish someone could tell me what happened (put a name to it).

Starwood: how we can almost diagnose ourselves better than a doctor.....
wishing you luck with the eye...

My husband and I are such freaks about Disney, we go every year, many times twice a year, and we are just sitting here talking about our upcoming vacation....we can't wait! Hoping to see JoAnn in Universal for a day:yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:

Warning - this is a vent!!!

I hate my life. I went for the artery study and they just loved my arteries. They were so clean. So I called the opthalmologist and he was in this morning and left and won't be back until Tuesday!!! By Tuesday I will have had this *#@!** problem for 3 weeks.

Now that that's off my chest - how is everyone else's day going.

Yes, we're meeting, where and when???:thumbsup2

I've decided to be an optimist (glass half full) type of person today. At least I have no pain in my eye through all this aggravation.

Hang in there this weekend.................

We're going too! :cool1: Just booked our cruise. It will be our 2nd cruise with DCL. Our last was in October 2007 - we had Hurricane Noel and didn't get to go to Castaway Cay but went to Nassau instead. We've also been on a Royal Caribbean 3 day cruise from LA to Mexico - lets just say - it wasn't Disney.

We are in a category 8 room, 6510. We'll be traveling (so far) with 2 other families - one from our kids school and one from work - with a potential for 2 more families to come also.

My daughter will be 13 and my son 12 by the time we travel - can't wait. Not sure if we're staying before or or after to go to WDW - depends on how cheap I can get a flight from San Francisco.

Is this the only thread for the trip or are the others?

I see you live near San Francisco - LOVE that City!....I've been a couple of times, my husband has been only one time and also fell in love with the City!My cousin lives in Oakland, and is a nurse in Berkleigh....we've had great memories out there. My husband and I spent a week with her (a VERY long time ago), then took a 7-day cruise out of San Francisco, THEN the children came along:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Starwood: again, thank you SO MUCH for the updated list!
