First I want to welcome Jacquelyn and Chris:cool1:  :flower3:
OMG - 10th anniversary - what a young couple...can you PLEASE tell me about your WDW wedding!:yay: Where did you get married?:dance3:

My husband and I will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary next year...of course, I got married when i was 10 yrs. old - NOT!:rotfl2:

JoAnn (jlawall) and I met on a cruise in 2005 to Mexico and have been GREAT friends ever since (well, that is MY opinion - you can ask her yourself, but don't believe a word she says:rotfl: ) Have been seeing each other off and on ever since...SO, what am I getting at:confused3 - if EVER, once we get closer to the cruise, you want to meet up before the cruise near you or JoAnn - our halfway point for her place and my place is King of Prussia - let us know - we can meet up for lunch....much more fun knowing people before the cruise.:cheer2: :cheer2:
IN FACT, anyone who is close to this area, we would LOVE to have a meet and greet (I made that up myself:banana:  ) before next July.

I'm getting worried about Mrs. G.:sad1: :sad1:

Yes, Mickeymo, you may tell us how beautiful it is right now.....May and June is not too far off for us Pennsylvanians:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Starwood: thank you again for the wonderful list....you are most organized and I am very thankful:grouphug:

Kanga1: I wish too I knew how to play 'their' game....but if there is more than one step to a game, I'm OUTpirate: pirate: pirate: pirate:

DH & I were married on 7/20/99 at Disney's Wedding Pavilion. We had a beautiful ceremony. The music played were Disney love songs. We had 37 people from PA there + Mickey & Minnie, of course. After we were married, we walked down the aisle together to "Baroque Hoedown" (the Main Street Electrical Parade song) I still get choked up when I hear that song played!
Our reception was in one of the Grand Floridian Ballrooms. It was purely magical!! Our pictures were taken inside of the GF lobby and we had an audience the whole time!! We had a team of Disney Wedding Coordinators who did everything for us and made sure our day was special! The food was delicious and we danced all night long! Our Wedding cake had a white chocolate castle on top. (You can see it in my signature)
Our guests still say our wedding was the best they had ever gone to! After the wedding reception was over, we all got into a DCL bus and it took us all back to our Resort, The Wilderness Lodge. When we all walked in, we were greeted by loud applause and cheers from everyone! I still remember the feeling of euphoria! We all went into the WL bar and continued our little party! What a fun, fun time we had!
DH and I had a 2 week Honeymoon at the Wilderness Lodge that was fantastic. The day after our wedding we had a private photo shoot in the MK. I still look at the pictures and love them!!
Thanks for asking about my Disney Wedding. It was purely the most magical day of our lives!

Wow!!!!! Welcome aboard!!!! We'll be married 31 years this year. Like JoAnn I was married at 10:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: .

We had a fabulous time in WDW. We were set to come home on Fri during the snow storm. We decided 7AM that day to reschedule and the only flight we could get was for Sunday. Poor us, two more days in WDW:cool1: :cool1: . We stayed the extra two days at BWV. Very nice, but not our BCV:love: . Anyway the beds at BCV were wonderful, and I slept like a baby (I'm really fussy about beds and pillows and these were great). It didn't feel as nice at BWV (maybe it was in my head). We wore shorts most days and had very little rain. We were visited by the Dream team one morning early in Epcot the Living Seas. We (and 50 of our closest friends) each got a lanyard that was good that day in Epcot for 6 fast pass attractions. You detached the little bump on the side with the name of that attraction and went in the fast pass line. Luckily it was a day we were going to spend in Epcot anyway. Love what they did with Spaceship Earth. Ate for the first time at Citricos (really nice) and just had a real mental health vacation. My mom behaved for my kids, so that was a BIG PLUS. (For those of you that don't know, my mom lives with us, is 90, and has alzheimers)

We had to take one of our cats to the vet yesterday and it turns out he has diabetes. So we have to learn how to give him shots 2x a day. Ugh. Now that we don't have to worry about being home for the kids, it's my mom and now the cat!!!! Sorry to whine.

Overall, great to be back. I missed you all. Tried to read through what I missed. How's your hand, Lucy?

Maryann

JoAnn,

How do you get your tickers side-by-side?

Maryann

Mrs. G, I'm so glad everything is OK - I was worried, not hearing from you - and, it was ME that was married at 10 years old (and JoAnn, 'ya don't have to tell everyone my REAL age, oh, buddy, oh friend).
So very sorry to hear you HAD to spend two more days at WDW - how terrible for you:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I don't believe that JoAnn has any more room for any more tickers, but I know for a fact, she has alot more family events in the near future, that could have tickers, daughter's graduation, maybe England, maybe beach house visits, etc. etc. etc.:grouphug:

That was the MOST EXCITING wedding I ever read about, OH how I wish I would have been there....too bad we waited till 2009 to meet:lmao: :lmao:

JoAnn,

How do you get your tickers side-by-side?

Maryann

When you copy it into your signature, you have to make sure the last digit of the last ticker is next to the next digit of the next ticker..........use the preview tab to make sure it worked.........I hope that helps!!:confused3 :)

Don't listen to Lucy, I was married at 10, Maryann, you were right! What a wonderful problem, you had stay two more days....I've been hoping to have that problem for years!!! Maybe the BWV are more beat up b/c they get so much use.......so your mom was home with the kids? God Bless for how you are handling your mom.......that is very special!:grouphug:

What LuLu is referring to is that my DD who's presently in Germany will now be in London from April to June and my DD21 is going to Rome from May to July and my youngest DD17 is graduating in June and my DISfriends from 2005 & 2007 (Lynn & Keith) will be meeting us in Germany in March and I've proposed that maybe in June, we will visit London to see our DD23 and L&K, b/c that would be a good time to go to London but of course, I'm not sure if I can afford it. If any of this goes thru, I'll have some new tickers.....:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Molly - A WDW wedding. How wonderful! You'll have to post some pictures of it. And congrats on 10 years! DH and I will be celebrating 20 years this summer. (And yes, I was married at a VERY young age too!;) )

Mrs. G. - Welcome back! Glad you had a great time! 2 extra days? Lucky you!

Ok, JoAnn, I have pondered the pirate name all day. Oh, the pressure of it all!:rotfl: I now proclaim myself....

Captain Jingles!! (Don't know where this came from...just kind of popped into my head and sounded good. Yes, Captain Jingles it is matey! AArrrrggghhh!!pirate:

Here it is.......our official pirate list...........

100 Mrs. G
200 Mrs. G "Captain Fluffy X2"
300 Blonde Pirate
400 Captain Jingles

Maryann

We dodged the diabetes bullet last month. One of our older cats had a high blood sugar at her physical so I had to take her back and they got a urine specimen and did some special blood test that could test sugar over several weeks. It seems she was just really stressed over having to go to the vet.

I did something stupid yesterday. There was pet adoption day at the pet store and they had a really cute cat I said I would foster. Turns out none of my cats will tolerate him. He had been in a cage for 3 months and he had a great time running around the house when I got home with him but none of my cats will eat now and one won't come out from under the bed. So I guess he has to go back.
