FE gifts done.
Almost all the shopping is done.
New dryer is being delivered on Wed.
And DD is back from boating around over the last 4 days. The house is halfway back to normal.

I need to start packing. Heck I need to get out all the summer clothes and put away all the winter clothes. The summer things have been coming out on a as needed bases. Just a little behind this year. Odd, it doesn't bother me.

Well, I bit the bullet and got a Continental credit card (at least I got it in the mail today), so that at least now I don't have to pay to check my luggage....

DH said that all it could ever be used for is free luggage - which is okay with me.....

Shirley - glad to hear things are getting back to normal for you! I have FE almost done, and some things for the grab bag bought, and most FE gifts purchased. Packing has begun.

We are leaving on the 13th as soon as I can get home from work so probable @5pm. Which means we will be at WDW at 7am on the 14th! We are driving through the night unless it just gets to be to much then we will stop.

Had a Dr's apt today they still don't know what's going no with my stomach. They want me to go to Duke but I told them it would have to wait until after this trip. Baring something horrible nothing is going to stop me from going now.

Pedicure done, hair cut & color done. Noah's dress shirt came today, ordered white, came blue. It's way too small also. We went to Penneys on Sunday and had him try one on so I already knew it was going to be too small. He's a boys 20!!! We bought him the shirt in the store so now I just need to return this blue size 14.

Dishwasher is supposed to be delivered on Wednesday because Bill told me he could be here whenever the delivery is - he just informed me that he has a dentist appt in the afternoon. He better hope for a morning delivery or he's rescheduling that appt. Wednesday afternoon is the only time this week I can't leave work. ARGH!!

FE's complete, partially sent and box has already arrived at DCL warehouse. Door magnets almost done. Packing has started. Cleaning has started.

Only 4 more days.....

I have spent the whole evening updating my facebook with my 4th July pics. This is not getting me ready, in case you wondered. Where are we in the race?

The fun that goes into the details of a DCL cruise is a bit much at times. I have to tell myself no more little things. I was determined not to make any of the gifts for the FE; just buy them. I bought 54 of the one item in Feb. They sold out, so I couldn't buy any more. Then the list happily expanded, and I made changes and additions. So now my FE gifts have some parts created and some bought. And no I didn't spend a lot of money. I wish I would have seen this one sight in the beginning. I could have had our cruise logo put on a beach ball. It looked so cute.

And how many door signs do we all have now after multiple cruises? every cruise I say I'll just most of the old ones, but I don't. The only one I might recycle from the past this year is the Mickey head placemat that I added some magnets to last year.

We realized that this was getting away from us last year when we came home from the cruise and started doing the laundry. My husband and I looked inside the washer, it was filled with only lime green shirts!!

I think I need a nap......or a drink. Hmmmmm.......cheers......

I just had dinner with 2 of my college friends that I hadn't seen in probably 12 years! We had a great time. Just like the time never passed!

Have we decided how we are going to swap the grab bags? Put numbers on and then pull from a hat?
