Just curious... I know we are late in asking... I noticed that there was space for 1 on the 2nd Palo Brunch... any chance of squeezing in 2 for me and DH? We understand if that won't work... just finally decided we wanted to try Palo brunch for the first time. Thanks! :flower3:

I'll keep you in mind if someone needs to back out. The min. # for the private room is 12 and the max. # is 14. We need to be careful if we go under 12 because they said they would cancel the entire reservation.:scared1:

You should check out the website. Brunch #2's reservations are up for grabs. Once DCL confrims with Brunch group #1, the will cancel out their private reservations within the hour.

You should go. Brunch is really pretty good. I like it better than dinner. However with the new menus, I might prefer dinner at Palo. :confused3

It sucks to work on fathers day, only until 3pm . You guys will miss me in 10 days when no more pirate: chases. Here we come Disney World!!!!:thumbsup2:cool1::banana:. Let me see, how about Captain Tower of Terror!!!!pirate::thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Thanks! I have been checking the website... still says no reservations for brunch or high tea, but they have opended up some times for dinner... If it works out that's great, if not we will just have to sail again~ :cool1:

Good Morning All!

Typical Sunday for us running in opposite directions as usual. DH will be at bagpipe band practice for most of the afternoon. DD12 and I will head to the Y, she just completed a youth orientation to fitness and strength training. She has her appointment with a trainer to get set up on the machines. Gives me a chance to squeeze a workout in. Then back home to pick up ds14 and head to school for their auditions for band camp this week.

DS14 is making dinner for dad tonight. We love Guy Fieri from Food Network, so he chose Guy's meatball sandwiches to make tonight.

I was watching the weather channel and most of the south is having extreme heat.......what's that like???

Orlando is just cray! It is so darn hot and we aren't even having afternoon thunderstorms. We did yard work yesterday and I thought I was really going to pass out. Heat index is like 105 or so. Really miserable.....Were going to go to beach for Father's day...but forget it!

Today is the day that we're meeting my dad's long lost sister......that we didn't know about until a year ago.........what's everyone else doing?

Have fun! DH is leaving for a week in Chicago for training. I'm not going to miss his snoring but I will miss him, he's my best friend :lovestruc

and cool Caribbean breezes........:dance3:

:thumbsup2

You can always sign up on arrival day when you first board....just try to get there early......definitely do it, it's so wonderful!!!:goodvibes

I:thumbsup2 Everyone should do it at least once. :thumbsup2

The pirate: captain strikes again! Yea!!!!:cool1::banana::thumbsup2

Congratulations on the pirate:

Hi All!

Can't believe I missed another pirate:! i'm totally not used to this time zone!!!:lmao:

We are celebrating Father's Day with DH's family - parents & brothers. Girls were thrilled to find Krispy Kreme donuts on the table when we arrived! They've been begging for donuts since we arrived on Thursday!

DD#3 woke up this morning at 3am and then passed out again in our bed at 4:30. She slept till 9, but the other girls were up at 6! So much for my beauty sleep! :sad2:

The high today is supposed to be 80. I took DDs to the store early this morning to get Father's Day cards. They were wearing shorts. As soon as we walked outside the hotel - they screamed, "IT'S FREEEEEEEEZING!!!!!!!!" It was all I could do to keep them from running right back into the hotel! :rotfl2::lmao::laughing: (to be fair, they're used to it being 80 when the bus comes to pick them up at 7.)

Happy Father's Day everyone!!!!!

Jackson is wearing short sleeves on formal night too! Jackson has been soooooo busy with baseball, he has not had time to email or PM Noah! He is still anxious to meet him... See you at the Radisson!!:cool1:

Actually I'm glad Jackson hasn't used Noah's email because I forgot the password and can't get into it :confused3

Noah's been pretty busy too. He was gone all last week to fishing camp. Tomorrow he starts going to day camp. I have to have him at the bus by 7:10 am and they come back at 5:30 pm, he's usually so tired that he doesn't want to do anything in the evening. But he gets an amazing tan!

I HATE heat and humidity, absolutely hate it. It's all I can do to get through WDW in July. Knowing my prize is the ship keeps me going. I'm ok if there's a breeze (which there usually is on the ship). If you see me at the parks, I'm the one walking around with the battery operated fan 2 inches from my face.

When I saw the weather channel report this morning I almost cried. I can't imagine dew points in the 80's. :scared1: Hopefully the temps will be back in the low 90's in 21 days....

If anyone hears if this opens up again, please let me know. I have 3 newbees traveling with me and I would love to take them to Tea. I really enjoyed it last year when we cruised.....and thanks for all the FE updates...if I could get one emailed to me at emsmom27@hotmail.com that would be great. I don't want to be short any at all....this year we're only going to get FE gifts for the kids (18-younger) (budget) :-) And please to all, feel free to just drop off one FE gift for my DD (9).

Thanks!

My family laughs at me when I visit Illinois in July and August, I bring my jeans and jackets layering in the evenings. They complain about the summer humidity - but, if you aren't walking outside feeling like you are walking into a wall of water, it isn't humid! :rotfl2: It will be tough, if I ever have to move back north....

I will gladly take "some" of the rain please? Our water bill could use some "divine" help...

Getting ready to leave to take DD to camp..

Be back late this afternoon/early eveing....

It's clouding up on this side of town with light gray clouds. I had to look out the non-solar screened windows just to be sure.
