I just realized yesterday, that since Maggie, my youngest is in 6th grade and middle school, no more Mother's Day gifts made from school My babies are growing up!

My youngest is in 4th grade..... I LOVE the handmade gifts!

I AGREE!! I am doing the same thing! I got a red wooden Adirondack Chair for Mothers Day! All I need now is the beach... HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!

Nice! See, I associate Adirondack Chairs with a mountain view. We used to visit the Rocky Mountains in the summer and our cabin had beautiful views and Adirondack Chairs.

We have the Great Smoky Mountains in our "backyard", but I am pretty sure the instructions with my new chair said... "PLACE CHAIR ON CC and ENJOY!!"

Happy Mothers Day!! I was given a beautiful gold heart necklace with emeralds. Noah picked it out, he was so proud! He is making something in school but they haven't glazed it yet.

This morning we went to a little coffee shop in town for breakfast. Our annual brunch has been postponed due to Noah's lacrosse game at 11:30. After the game we are going to pick up my mom and go to a late brunch (is that lupper?). We pick up our foster son tonight at 7:00. This is his first overnight with his mom, I hope it went well.

Sounds like we may do the jeep tour on Tortola, has anyone heard anything about that?

WOW.... I graduated from Reedsburg High School!!

What a small world! My BIL used to be the conductor at the Midcontinent Railroad. My sister had an ice cream shop in North Freedom. They live in Albuquerque but my BIL retired from the Air Guard and my sister is a teacher so they came up here for the summer. Now they've sold the store and stay in Albuquerque (they became grandparents )

Off to my DD's outdoor soccer game. Perfect activity for this soccer mom. After all the rain we've had here in MD lately, it is just a beautiful day.

Hubby made Tonga Toast for breakfast. Turned out great. Just another Disney Day.

DD7 made a handprint in plaster for Mom. Don't know what DD5 did, her class is doing a special Mother's day presentation tomorrow.

Hubby made Tonga Toast for breakfast. Turned out great. Just another Disney Day.

I got Mickey Mouse pancakes for lunch!! We have a Mickey Mouse waffle maker, but DH doesn't like making one at time!! Any day with Diseny flair is a FANTASTIC day!

On the first page you have the DIS FAQ. They have navigators from 2/28 which went to St Croix. You can substitute Tortola for St Croix.

This is exam week for DD so we went up to get more stuff so we won't have so much to move on Wednesday and we went out for a late lunch. Her and a few of her friends made me cards and graced me with their presence at lunch Offer a college student not to eat at school and they are all over it.

I know, as she mentioned her very good friend lost her husband in a tragic, unexpected, sudden death. They were scheduled to be on our cruise but weren't DISers. She's been helping a lot with that........We actually sailed with this family in 2007. So sad.

I've been reading the new triip reports for the Tortola cruise and have decided to do the excursions on our own to hopefully save money.
