Now, I'm cleaning while I'm waiting.......

Blah. Same here... Also doing some interior decorating in the process. My study has been the same for over a decade, now, and I'm aching for a change. The good news is that it keeps me busy, but the bad news is that I didn't realize how much junk can collect behind furniture, nor how really heavy furniture can be to move by yourself.

Anyone want to volunteer to help? You could look at it as a way to make the next few weeks move by more quickly... :)

Well, I'm about to clean the refrigerator right now........anyone else starting deep cleaning before a trip?

I'm a huge procrastinator, so I'll end up swearing to do all that stuff right before vacation, only to forget and do it the week following our return. It's a lot easier to clean out the fridge when you know you can toss almost everything because it's expired, anyway. :)

You always have to just in case their is a fire. It's like having on new clean underwear just in case you are in an accident. :rotfl2:

My son is 11, feel free to send a PM if they'd like to "chat". His name is Noah.

Ditto here. My 11 year old son is Billy.

I made it back to California! and finally have internet again. I missed the weekend on the internet and once again have pages to catch up on!:surfweb:

Hey everyone. I have been absent for a while. You all have been VERY busy. I have traveled for work several times and just had no time to check the boards.

My college graduate daughter just accepted a job but the draw back is she has to move from TN to WV. She is very excited, but DH and I are somewhat sad. I know it is time for her to grow up and stretch her wings but it is going to be very hard. She went to college in a town that is 30 minutes away from home. We are very blessed because they wanted her to start training the week we go on this cruise. She talked them into delaying it for a week.

We received our FE in the mail on Saturday and it appears that we got ours from the same person several others did on this thread. We LOVE it.

I have started deciding what to pack but it seems to overwhelm me!!

Can't wait to see everyone in just 19 days.:woohoo::woohoo:
WV isn't that bad..... Where at?

Congratulations to your daughter on her new job. What kind of work is she going to be doing?

75?!?! That sounds soooo nice. It's been an oven in Florida for a while, now. I'd have no problem with the cruise being diverted someplace... say... North Pole-ish when we go. The ports might stink, but the days on the ship are my favorite anyway. :)

How about, you need to clean before a trip in case you get robbed?

One thing I can't do is clean after a trip, I'm so spoiled......all I want to do is go out to eat and chill........very bad habit! So if I don't clean before, it takes a long time for me to do it..........;)
