I wish I could get the boys packed,but since we are flying in, I want to pack a little of everyone's stuff in each suitcase. Just in case. I have decided that today I will get some of the little things done, like bills and such.

Now I am jealous. I would love to see Bon Jovi. My friend is going to see him in a couple of weeks in Phili.

Tand D, I do not know anything about Paradise Beach, but I would like to look further into that. I was looking at Playa Mia, but if Paradise is free, that would be much better.

I was also looking at Playa Mia, but I am now leaning toward Paradise Beach. I was on cruisecritic.com and read a lot of good things about Paradise Beach. If you get a chance to look at it, tell me what you think. I am so indecisive!! I like the free entrance and I'm sure my kids would like the water sports. We'll just take a taxi there. That way we can go and return to the ship as we please.

We are doing the Cozumel Beach Break which is on Playa Mia Beach. I've never been there so I can't be much help. We decided to do this because we were just in Cozumel in May and I really didn't want my 3 & 8 year old walking around town. The vendors are VERY PUSHY!!! It seemed a little pricey but it does include the taxi fare, lunch buffett, mixed drinks, beer, soda and juice. Can we say OPEN BAR!!!!

There is always so much preperation for cruises. It's crazy!!! I just put together some pirate goody bags for DS & DD. I will give them to them on pirate night. I also got together pillowcases for them to have the characters sign. I put them in a zip lock bag with fabric markers with their names and state room #. I decided not to go with baskets from Shirley's. I figured with the goody bags, the pillowcases and a few birthday presents for them that was enough.

Tomorrow is going to be a down day for me. I have to get my allergy shot. YUCK!!! Everytime I do I'm pretty useless.

Just think, we just need to get thru this week and we will be on our way.

I didn't do pirate goodie bags. I did get DS a shirley basket. I wanted to do the bon voyage decorations but after weeks of calling they finally said it has been discontinued oh well. DS doesn't know about the door magnets so at least that is something. I have a pillowcase that i want to get signed for a frame on our wall. Also just 2 frame mats I would like signed hopefully that shouldn't be a problem.

When I get on board I would like to get Palo's for a brunch for one day I think

We are getting off at key west and CC. That paradise beach sounds nice but I haven't booked anything. My DH doesn't mind just enjoying the ship so we will see.

I just hope the weather is nice

I always overpack. I tell myself everytime I will not pack as much. Yeah right!!! I just want to be prepared is all.

These are so nice. Great job!! I would take pics of mine, but I would have to find the camera, and my feet ache after a very competetive game of badmitton. Now my youngest wants to whip me at Pictionary. I guess we can call tonight game night.

There were some questions about closeness to Mallory Square. This was a map I got on our last trip.

Note that North is up to the upper left. The Sunset celebration is where the sun is. I believe the Magic will be on the docks just slightly south of the celebration. So I think they are real close, but I do think it would be tough to do the Main dining, and then walk over.

Love your signs!! I really enjoy making them. I wish I could have talked my hubby to get matching shirts. It is a no go. I think he's traumatized by matching outfits when he went on vacations growing up. I'm trying to get him and Zach to wear Mickey T-shirts and Savannah and I to wear Tinkerbell. I may be able to get away with that.

I feel like I've been on these boards on and off all day. I know I've been chatting up a storm today. I think it's all of the excitement getting ready for the cruise!

DH is getting excited too!!! Each day his excitement grows.

Savannah keeps asking me if it's time to go yet. It's too cute. Zach is just upset because he has another week of camp. I keep telling him it won't be any fun around here because I will be busy getting ready for the cruise and that he will be bored.

That is what I liked about Playa Mia. I heard, but do not know for sure, that it is $31.00 per person, and you get the lunch buffet, open bar, sodas, snorkle gear, zoo, water "toys" etc. I went to the website, but I did not see actual prices. I think they say that it is about $15 for the taxi ride there. I have a feeling I will not know what we are doing for sure for quite a while.

I hear that being onboard while at port is really nice. The pools and such are really empty. I would love to do that, but we have never been to any of these places and I would like to explore. I just don't know for sure what I would like to do.

I told my son to check the weather for Port Canaveral on Saturday and it said chance of isolated thunderstorms. My husband said that the weather in florida is just that. He was in Jacksonville, and there were pretty strong storms that would fly through there. I hope they decide to stay away that afternoon for the sail away party.
