Looks like we're up to about 18 cabins and ~41 people so far for the wedding group.

You have Nick's permission.... LOL... We are going to use a website for tshirts and such that allows you to use Disney characters....

For the new cruisers, here is a tip....save your activities before the booking time, it makes booking easier. Some of the activities and excursions are similar. You have the option of looking first at your saved activities and you will get a menu for that.

You have to select from the screen, dining or ports of call....(I'll need to check this again for you).

The screen will ask you to book a member of the party for the event. ie you....and it will have a drop down menu of the people you want to include in that activities. So, if it is you, DH, DD and DS, for Polo's you select you and DH.

Then you can book a time, there will be a drop down menu with the dates and times remaining.

You can continue to book or you can confirm with what you have. I suggest confirming after each even to avoid the problem with someone taking your spot. This may not be a problem as much on this cruise but on some, by the time you work through all the bookings, the first time is gone. For this cruise, since we only have one sea day, that may well be the one that is most taken.

When you are completed, you will have an option to print all the activities you selected. You can also print after each selection or note the reservation number.

After you have booked you can go back and modify if needed, like - hypothetically if you forgot to add your DH to the reservation...ooopisie. Just an example of course, I would never do that :scared1: Nope, just an example....

I'd still like to get a group together to use Stuart Cove's for snorkeling. I know there's great snorkeling/diving in the Bahamas, we just have to get away from the port area.
He answered my e-mail and they have a trip that would work for us cruisers. I just need to see if anyone else is interested. I might go by myself, there's nothing else to do in Nassau. And they provide transportation to/from the ship, so I wouldn't be wandering around alone.

That sounds good to me, but not sure what Virgil has planned.

As for the buttons, you're welcome to use the wedding logo if you want. We'll probably have shirts and maybe magnets with it for the other people coming on the cruise so I'd let the others decide what kind of memento they want.

Also thanks to Irene for reading my mind about the best way to book activities. I had been wondering what Day 75 at midnite would look like!

We are heading to Washington DC tomorrow. DH had some delicate surgery at the National Institutes of Health (the best surgeons in the world!!) about 18 months ago and is going back to be retested. It's 3 days of poking and prodding so Alexa and I will be kicking around DC. The best thing is we will be together for Easter!

I am sure the hotel will have a business center so I won't need to bring a laptop and will check in with the board when I can!

I didn't mention it in the previous button post but our cut-off date is June 18th. That gives us a few weeks to get the production done. Seems we always have some that show up at the last minute but we need to hold firm on that date.

Yeah, like Virgil said, everyone will have them available once we get em set up, just wanted to give something to the first time cruisers for sure so they didnt feel left out. :thumbsup2
