**JULY 11, 2010*** Double Dip Wonder!

Good morning everyone!

We sail in 36 weeks!

I was looking at the prices people have posted for the Dream for the summer of 2011. They are LOWER for the 5 nights than what we're paying for this one.....even in higher categories!
:confused3:confused3:confused3:confused3

I really hope that a bunch of people switch their reservations for this coming summer, to the Dream for 2011...and maybe that will make our cost go down. Or would it???

And we are on points for this cruise, so points do not go down, do they?

I would think the prices will stay high - last chance to sail out of the Port before the Wonder moves to the west coast??? Just a thought.

Sorry everyone I was away for the weekend and really only had time to post the countdown.

Irene you would have enjoyed the weekend with us. We stayed at a hotel called the Irish Boutique and the Pub is connected two it. 2 great nights of Irish music!

I have a cruise question. We were looking at doing the underwater one man subs from Stuart Cove but looking at the pick-up time the morning is too early and the Wonder won't be there yet. I know others were looking at doing snorkeling. Were you doing morning or afternoon. I'd really love to do whatever in the morning so that we can be back on board in plenty of time to relax and clean up before early dinner.

We haven't discussed it as a group yet, but I just *assumed* that we would be trying to go in the morning.
I'm wondering if we let them know that we have a fairly large group coming in, would they change their time for us? Well, I know we want to snorkel, and you're looking at the subs...but still, I wonder if they'd wait on you since you're with a big group......

The last time I did Stuart Cove we got back just in time for dinner. In fact, Sharon and Lisa were already sitting when we got back. Stuart Cove is on the other side of the island. It's not a quick ride.

I guess it also depends on how long your excersion will last. Ours was an afternoon dive, becuase we could not get the morning, and did not return back to land until 4ish.

You may want to just email Stuart Cove. They are pretty good about responding.

What time do we get into Nassau?

According to what I took off the DCL site 9:30 am.

Doing a morning trip might be tough. Most dive operations run their morning trip at 8:30 - 9:00 so they can be back by 12:00 and then leave with the afternoon trip at 1:00.

If the excursion is just a 2 hour event they may try to get three in one day which would help out. It's also an off day so that might help out as better to get the boat out then to just let it sit there.
