I have been doing SBD for about a month. I was really totally on plan for the first couple of weeks and have had streches of days where I have done really well, but overall, I have been a slacker. I still have lost weight, but I know I could do so much better and lose at least a bit faster. I have not been journalling or really keeping track at all, and I know that will be a key to my success.

My goals right now are to lose 7 lbs in the month of July--more would be better, but that would be 30 lbs down before we go on this trip with the skinny sisters. And in the next week, I am going to walk on my treadmill three times for at least 20 min. AND I am going to get back to drinking all of my water which I have also been slacking on.

My meals today(I will add as I go)
Breakfast
1 stick of string cheese
6 oz of v8
1 slice whole grain toast w/1.5 tsp natural pbutter

Snack
10 pistachios

Lunch
Bean, tomato and ham soup
Oolong iced tea

Sorry that I don't know much about SBD, so I can't offer any advice whatsoever on that front. But, I do want to congratulate you on being down 23 pounds already. That is awesome!

Great objective to treadmill 3x for at least 20 minutes. Good luck! I bet you will find that by writing down everything you eat and 'stepping up' your exercise, you will see progress either on the scale or in your clothes (or optimally, both! :) )
