I have been doing SBD for about a month. I was really totally on plan for the first couple of weeks and have had streches of days where I have done really well, but overall, I have been a slacker. I still have lost weight, but I know I could do so much better and lose at least a bit faster. I have not been journalling or really keeping track at all, and I know that will be a key to my success.
My goals right now are to lose 7 lbs in the month of July--more would be better, but that would be 30 lbs down before we go on this trip with the skinny sisters. And in the next week, I am going to walk on my treadmill three times for at least 20 min. AND I am going to get back to drinking all of my water which I have also been slacking on.
My meals today(I will add as I go)
Breakfast
1 stick of string cheese
6 oz of v8
1 slice whole grain toast w/1.5 tsp natural pbutter
Snack
10 pistachios
Lunch
Bean, tomato and ham soup
Oolong iced tea
