Julie - I just wanted to tell you that several podcasts ago you mentioned (if my memory serves me correctly) you got your name because your hair wasn't red and I just wanted to share with you that we named our 2 year old daughter Julianne and she has red hair. When you mentioned the name/hair color corElation, it made me smile.

I kept notes during her store tours segments because very often she mentioned my favorite things, soap, perfume, and sweets. Taking notes must be a Chicago thing. We're way to busy to try and remember it all...

Julie totally rocks! I love the Store Tours and other shopping hints. However, what completely won me over was her comment about digging with her toes in the sand to find sea shells. I love doing that!

I am also a big note taker! Most of my classmates in college begged to copy my notes. My desk is covered in little "to do" lists that I make daily! When I complete a task it gets scratched off...it always feel great to mark something off the list!

BTW, one of my dearest and best friends is a native and resident of Chicago! She resides downtown and works in the Sears Tower...what a beautiful city! We met at Disney when she was on the college program in 2000 and we've been BFF ever since. She even stood in our wedding!

I had seen this thread in the beginning and jumped on the Julie Fan Club bandwagon but got a little sidetracked. I definitely keep a word document on my computer as I'm listening to the Store Tours, etc and jot down things that Julie talks about so i make sure to check them out next time!
