I really like them both! If I had to choose I'd go with B, but they are both so gorgeous!

Thank you for the feedback. I think right now I am leaning towards the first one, it just seems to be a little bit more me. Right now I am trying to track the dresses down to a shop so I can see them in person and try them on. My mind might change when I actually see myself in them!

Now that Jared and I are back from my family's vacation I am back to thinking about wedding stuff.

So I have started doubting my reception location. I should stop it though... first off we don't know we will get the location and because I need to stop second guessing it, it will all work out. It will be perfect because I am marrying Jared, and that is all that matters

My next dilemma is about our color scheme for the wedding. I really want bright (almost hot) pink, and a shade of blue. The problem is I want a bright baby blue, but don't want it to look like a baby shower :sad2:.

So right now I am thinking about navy, bright pink, and silver. However I guess I am just not super happy about the colors. We will see...

I LOVE both the dresses, I think I like the first one a little better, but they are both gorgeous. I haven't looked at dresses yet but that is the type of style I like. Don't stress about doubting your locations, I did this as well right before I was about to get my date confirmed, but I ended up sticking with my original location and am happy with the decision.

So I basically got way too caught up in the fact that I left the country and wedding stuff kind of took a back seat, however, I am committed to myself to NOT give up on this. I wanted to do it so I will, even if no one reads it especially since I have not visited here for awhile.

Anyways I am now half way around the world and have been since June 29. It is a lot harder than I thought. I miss Jared a lot. But the good news is my best friend and my MOH is here with me!!

The good news is we sent our LOA back in just a few weeks ago! Since apparently Disney changed its 8 month rule! So we are officially getting married on June 20, 2011 at the Wedding Pavilion! I am SO excited that it is now "real"! I have so much to do though. I have bitten off a lot more than I can chew over the next year.

Anyways I am not going to post my scrapbook I made my MOH! And the card that I made to go with it.

I still have to make a card for my other bridesmaid, my future sister-in-law. I have a great, sweet poem to put in it!

Did you manage to track down the dresses and try them on? they are both gorgeous but the 1st one is deffinately my favourite, its stunning :)

DRESS A! DRESS A! They are both beautiful but I think dress A looks more like a princess.

Before I left the US I tried to track down the dresses, and couldn't do it before I had to hop on my plane to down under! :( However I have put my mom on the mission to track them down and it will be top of the to-do list as soon as I get home. Of course after spending some time with Jared!

I did go with my MOH to a dress shop down here. I did find one dress that I did like, a LOT, but it just wasn't the other 2 dresses. I will post a picture of it this weekend. Right now my internet connection is terrible, so it won't upload to my photobucket :( So look forward to a picture of me, actually in a dress!

I think I have finally decided on colors! I think we are going with a sky blue (not super vibrant, but still bright. If that makes since), bright pink, and just few little accents of a limeish green. I am still looking for the exact shades. I do have an inspiration picture from another Disney Wedding. I will try to upload that to photobucket too this weekend!

A random decision I have made I believe is I have picked a few important songs that will be played. I picked our first dance song, but I am trying to keep that a secret from everyone except Jared, and now that I have introduced my MOH to the Disboards I do not trust her to not stumble upon this! But I think we are going to play, "It's Not Just Make Believe" for our exit, because I LOVE it!! For my father daughter dance I have 2 songs that I have chosen, but keep going back and forth. "Stealing Cinderella" by Chuck Wicks and "Cinderella" by Steven Curtis Chapman. I think I am leaning more towards Cinderella since it sung from a Dad's perspective. But that might change.

I did find out that Jared does not like Monsters Inc. which is one of my all-time favorites. I don't know how I never knew that!!! It threw me for a loop earlier today!

I will update again this weekend... I am making myself stick to it!

Jared and I never really talked about where we wanted to get married. I have told him in the past that my dream wedding was at Disney, he wasn’t as sold on it as I wished he was. In March we took our first vacation together to WDW and during the trip we had a site visit. After the site visit Jared was more excited about getting married there.

We also had to decide on a date, which took a lot of thought...
Before we could even choose a month we needed to decide on a year. As I mentioned we are both college students. I will graduate next year, but Jared still has another 3 years! He is studying to be a pharmacist. We are so in love and really want to start our life together. We want to wake up next to each other, come home to each other, etc. (I know I am a little sappy). 2013 is when he graduates, which neither of us really wanted to wait that long. In 2012 Jared goes on his pharmacy rotations and is not likely to have the “vacation” time to get married - meaning he does not get the normal school breaks. We decided that 2011 would be ideal for both of us. We also have to have a summer wedding because a lot of our family members are teachers, including myself. I wanted an early summer wedding so that we could spend some of the summer relaxing together getting used to married life. My brother graduates high school the beginning of June though, so I had to make sure it wasn’t too close to that date. Our first choice is June 20, 2011. We are pencilled in and crossing our fingers we get the date. We are also pencilled in for a 5 p.m. ceremony.

I love the Wedding Pavilion (except for the carpet) and knew that was where I wanted to have the wedding.

We had a hard time choosing a reception location, but we wanted to save our guests the trouble of too much transportation so we decided the GF would be a good choice for our reception.

Our pre-reception will be in the Whitehall Room & Patio.

Our reception will be in the St. Augustine ballroom.

I know several people don’t get why we would want to go to Disney to have a celebration in a ballroom, but it makes the most sense for us and for our guests. I still think there is a lot of Disney magic in the ballroom.

My husband's cousin was married at the Wedding Pavilion. They had a Disney bus (like the ones they use for Magical Express) transport all the guests to the reception area, which was on one of the little patios right next to the water in the World Showcase's France area. We had the best seats that night to watch IllumiNations!

Where abouts in Tasmania are you staying I live in Tasmania too and am planing my own DFTW..:cool1:
I love all the things you have decided so far.
I just started a planning journal but I dont know if anyone will read it so I might just quit it now...
