Jules Veres style space mountain

Since they modeled the space mountain after Jules Veres' journey to the moon, wouldn't it make sense that the old 20,000 leagues under the sea still be in Fantasyland.It was another one of his novels and it was based on it.

20,000 leagues under the sea the ride was never built in Disneyland Paris (I assume your talking about the one at WDW) instead there is a walk through attraction next to Space Mountain. The whole of Discoveryland has a nod to Jules Verne at Disneyland Paris
