Will there be any places in WDW that you could meet Judy Hopps or Nick Wilde?

Not meet. Not at this time.
You can only see them in the parade at MK

They are in Move It, Shake It, Dance and Play It that runs a few times each day with a stop in the Hub for a dance party.

Sadly Florida can't have nice things and so they are only in Move It Shake It (I guess due to budget cuts the initial planed M&G in AK was scrapped)
