We are on vacation at the dolpin in a Jr Suite, and questions that I can answer for you I will try. They have Parlour Suites and Jr Suites, which has been confused on several different post.

Jr Suite is a King size bed which feels like the Heveanly bed in the room that is 30 X 15' with full bath, make up table, scale, hair dryer and desk and full size chair and TV. The parlour which makes up the Jr Suite has a door that opens into the king size room like when you get joining rooms, it has a full size bath and a half bath dressing room. This room is 30 x 27". It also has a mini bar with a sink and mini bar fridge. I had house keeping clean it out for 20.00. It is the same size as the rentals. It is plenty room for everything. We are on the 14 th floor, on the east side facing the Swan and MGM, if you are on the west side you could see Epcot and its nightly fire works. You would have to have the epcot view. The parlour has a pull out bed, which is a full or maybe a queen. Not that great of a bed but the room is very large. It has a full size sofa bed, three chairs and a coffee table. The area by the murphy bed has a sofa table, with high speed DSL (You can receive email through Outlook, but you cannot send) You have to send email over some other connection like Yahoo, or Hotmail. We asked guest services to bring up two bed rails and they where here in 5 minutes for the kids bed, which happens to be the king size bed. The Club lounge is only on the the 12 floor with Hot and cold food and several kinds of drinks. we plan to take several pictures of the room and will post at a later date.

Any other questions, let me know.

thanks for sharing , cannot wait to see pictures!!!

Thanks for posting! Can you tell how renovations are going at the Dolphin? How busy is it? Enjoy the rest of your trip!!

Finally, some detailed information on the Jr. Suites at Dolphin!!

Thanks - look forward to the pictures.

The resort seems full, there are several conventions in house at this time. The one thing I did notice is that you can ride up to the 12 floor club room and walk right in. No questions asked. Just got back with a 6 pack of water bottles. The 12 1nd 14 levels are Club level, but the club is on the 12th.

Our room on the 14th floor has not been redone. However it is still very nice, if you look close you can tell it has been used for several years. But still well kept!

The murhpy bed is a piece of you know what. Tonight before bed we well pull of the mattress of the pull out sofa and place it on the murphy bed. It fits perfect... The kids have the King size heavenly bed. I'm pretty sure it's a Heavenly bed.

You can tell it's Spring Break here. I will have pictures tomorrow after the maid comes...

Any questions ask away..

Regards,

Mike

Did you get Club Level with your stay at the Dolphin? We returned from a Jr. suite at the Dolphin with Club Level in Jan. The Jr. suites are great but don't have heavenly beds yet. CL serves a great breakfest to get you out to the parks bright and early. We always had to sign in so I don't know what you mean about not needing to?

Thanks for posting? Is that your view, the statue photo? Great!! the room looks nice, too. I've got a Swan Studio booked for this fall, but I'm going to have to see what I can do to get a Jr. suite!

Hi Mike hope you are having a great time! We stayed in a Jr. Suite in October this past year on the 14th. floor but we were on the east side of the club lounge and could see the fireworks at night. Can you tell me how busy the parks are this week? We are going the first week of March in 2004 and would like to know what to expect. Have a great vacation! :D

Mike: Thanks so much for posting the info on your Junior Suite and the slideshow(which was terrific!!:D) We are staying in a Junior Suite at the Dolphin in June and we're really looking forward to that vacation! Thanks again!
