Well, today wasn't as bad as I thought at WI. I had missed 2 weeks, but I was actually down .4. But, the lady who did WI couldn't subtract and put 1.4 which really got my hopes up. Then I spent 1/2 hour trying to figure out why my scales(yes I weigh myself on BOTH of them - pathetic, I know) only said about .5. Then I gave up and realized hours later she just couldn't subtract. Oh well......
Food today - Day 4 :

64 oz cfsf tea, 32 oz water, 20 oz decaf coffee, more water for during the night.
7 min abs, 66 min WATP 5 mi -(ok, I lied - actually, I realized I picked DS19 up at 5:30, not 4:30, so I had time to do it)
So, I took DD to school, took DS19 to work, went to WI, Took bug to VW, went to Goodwill, Mailed pkgs, then home. I didn't get my WATP 5 done, but with TOM making a surprise appearance, I don't feel much like it. Hopefully will get in a long walk tonight.
Time to get something done since I've been gone all day.
