Journey back to ME!!- I'm getting bugged!!

Back from the gym - 98 min of TM and weights. DH was too tired from sitting in Barnes & Noble waiting on the van to go to the gym. Had to nap.

Had another 2 pt sand & chips before gym (5), now having apples(1), so have 13 pts left for dinner.

Taxes are figured, just need to finish compiling all the paperwork and double checking. YEAH!!!!!
 
So far dinner is a turkey wrap(4) and a mrs freshleys snack away oatmeal cream pie(2). My Walmart FINALLY go these in again. They have oatmeal cream pies and 'twinkies' that taste like the real thing! Yummy for 2 pts! Yogurt filling and have good fiber. I also bought their new blueberry muffins - 3 pts, but have 7 fiber.

So, I have 7 pts left. Not sure what if any I'll have(although probably a 'twinkie') ;)
 
Had a 2 pt 'twinkie' last night.

Food today has been a scone(6) at church w/ coffee. 2-2pt sandwiches(4) baked lays(2), and an oatmeal crm(2). Dinner will be 2 pcs papa murphys delite pizza(6) and not sure what else. that leaves me with 4.

No exercise today to speak of.
 
Yesterday ended up right on points, and again, my scale doesn't move. GRRRRR!!!!!!!

Today DD and I are off to the zoo. Lots of walking, but I wont' make it to the gym. I'll have to do weights T/Th/S this week.

I desperately need to visit journals and get to Ebay tonight! No excuses!!!
 

Zoo was ok. I couldn't believe how packed it was. Food was not great. They used to have normal sandwiches, now everything is LOADED mexican, or greasy burgers/fries. I finally had a taco salad - I'm guessing about 12 pts - it was a shell which I ate a big part of, maybe a cup of shreded lettuce, a tablespoon of meat(I watched them make it and was amazed at a mostly empty shell), a tablespoon of beans, an almost invisible sprinkle of cheese and tomatoes. This with a 1 oz portion cup of salsa. I did find the topping bar for their burgers and added more lettuce and some jalapenos. Most of the calories were in the shell, but I needed something to eat.

Dinner was a sub wrap(4). Breakfast was a 2 pt bar and coffee. So, I have roughly 5 pts left. I know now it will be ff sf choc ice cream with a smidge of rf peanut butter, and probably some decaf.

DD and I walked for over 3.5 hours at the zoo, but I'll count 90 min as exercise. We didn't go slow, but we did pause for a minute here and there. Mostly just walked and people watched.

Off to get more done...

Don't forget to welcome Mike back, and welcome Lesli home after her accident!!!! We missed them both terribly!
 
I did indeed have sf ff choc ice cream(2) and 2 tbsp rf pb last night(3), so right on points.

DD is on spring break and won't stay home alone(but she wants to travel to FL alone and stay at a camp in the keys for 2 wks during hurricane season??) without a fight, so I made it to the gym only to do 55 min of weights today. UGH!!! No time left before picking DS16 up at work, getting dinner, picking DS19 up at work. Then DH will be home. GRRRR!!!! Oh well, at least I did weights.

Food has been Kashi go lean & yogurt(4), celery w/ pb(2), baked lays(2) and slimfast(3). Dinner is roast(4)carrots(1) baked potato(3) maybe salad(1) Which would leave me 4-5 pts for a snack this afternoon and tonight.

Cam, I bought the scale today! pd $39 at linens n things. I just had time to get it unboxed before the gym, but it was the same reading 4 x in a row so that's a good sign. It was also heavy compared to my old scale - bad but good. WW is heavier than my home scale. So, assuming I'll make it to WI this week, I'll compare and then make my decision if I keep it or not. I like it! But, like you, I won't use the memory as I don't want to share my weight with the household!

Off to throw dinner in the oven and run to Sam's to get carrots to cook, WalMart to get lt mayo & bread so I can make lunches for DH tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get Ebay going tonight.

Hi, Julie! Glad you like the scale. I think you will appreciate seeing the measurements in tenths. Mine was almost exactly the same as the doctor's office, so I am really relying on it a lot to know what my "real" weight is. I hope you like it and keep it.

No salad last night, but I ended up having 2 pts of beef jerky while waiting for DS19 to come out of work - sat for 40 min, texted him and he said come back in an hour or so. UGH!! And I had a lt oatmeal crm pie(3) so right on points.

Today is liquid day. Talked DD into walking with me to get a latte - she whined, but oh well - she enjoyed her mochalanche(like a frap). So, 6 pts and 65 min exercise so far. I'll definitely have a Keva sometime today.

Working on Ebay pics now and will do WATP 5 mile in a bit.
 
Just finished WATP 5 mile - 66 more minutes!

Had a slimfast and a revival soy shake. I have 13 points left, so I have plenty to keep me full the rest of the day. Only 32 oz water so far, but with just liquid, I"m still spending my time in the bathroom - UGH!!
 
Had some Decaf, a Keva(5) and 1/2 another Keva(3), along with 1 pt of turkey(needed protein). I still have 4 pts left.

Finally got some Ebay done. And visited 24 journals. I'll eventually get thru the 1st page!!!

Bed soon as tomorrow is a busy day. Hopefully I'll make it to WI, but I just realized that DD19 has a dr. appt 10 min after the meeting starts. I'll have to see if I can WI fast and leave and make it. If I don't think so, I"ll just have to skip, AGAIN!!!!!

Dsis went to the oncologist today. He, too said the mammo & the chest xray were fine! 4 months til she goes again. Her blood sugar was a bit high, but she'd just downed a 20 oz sf vanilla latte - go figure!
 
Just back from WI. Down .6 in 2 weeks. UGH!!! Is this NEVER going to speed up???? I'm exercising at least an hour at least 5 days a week and staying op. I HATE this!! But I will NOT quit (repeat to self frequently)!!!

The new scale was 2.4 pounds heavier than at WW today. I think I'll probably keep it, tho as I like the .1 increments. It is a bit depressing, however. It's probably a bit heavy compared to my Dr's as well, but I figure weighing less than I think would be a good thing. Time will tell.

I was planning to do weights today, but with errands to do before DD and DH leave tomorrow, I think I'll have to settle for WATP 5 mile.

I'll have to refigure and adjust my ticker to = the new scale. I'll decide before the 1st if I'm going to keep it so I can start the April challenge on only 1 scale.

Good news is on my old scale I hit my 5 lb goal for March this morning. Finally. I go by what I weigh on the 1st of each month, which varies daily, so it's not particularly accurate with my long term weight loss, but it looks good!!
 
I need to be SHOT!!!!!!!!!!

After WI DD and I packaged ebay and headed out to run errands. DS16 had my Sams & Discover card at work so we had to get it at Chick Fil A. Error #1 - Neither of us had eaten so we got lunch. I couldn't just have a grilled sandwich and cf diet coke - I had chicken strips, fries and diet coke.

Then we spent an hour waiting in Staples while an IDIOT tied up the only register that can do UPS shipments trying to design a business card for an old man who had no clue what he needed or wanted. When they finally finished, they left a new girl to do my one box. She took 15 minutes typing in the return address, another 10 trying to type in the other address, then almost 20 minutes to figure out she spelled the street wrong. Then, to top it off, she said the only way they could ship it was Next day for $247!!!!!! She was totally Clueless. I took my box and came home VERY frustrated. That did it.

While trying to get it all entered into my computer at the UPS site, the computer crashed THREE times. I went and got ice cream and ate it RIGHT OUT OF THE CARTON!!!! Then I ate about 4 bites of a donut, tossed the rest, a few handfuls of baked lays.... and then DD comes in all sweet and made me Mac & Cheese! UGH!!!!!!

Somewhere in there I also had a WW 2 pt bar.

I'm sure all total I probably used all my FP's and then some.

This was NOT a good day!!!!
 
LOL...I think theres something in the water! Ive been having comp. probs, work probs and food probs too! Is this March going out like a lion maybe? :hippie:

Sounds like that might be a problem - March is going out like a Lion! I'll take that to be the reason!

Today HAS to be better!!!

Off to gather drinks, snacks & make some sandwiches for DD & DH in the van for 7 - 8 hours.
 
Must resist treats, Must resist treats, Must resist treats.

DD and DH are within about an hour or so of Phoenix, DS19 is at work, DS16 is at work. Friend and I went to the casino - in our newspaper each week there is a coupon for $10 in play with your member card. So we each took 2 different coupons & played for the first hour & a half for free. I had 1 decaf coffee - 12 oz, 3 12 oz bottles of water and 1 instant cocoa(2). Breakfast was turkey(1), lt bagel and egg beaters(4). On the way home I stopped at a chinese place and got their $4.75 lunch specials for Dinner - it's a huge amount of food, + soup & eggroll. I got rice & veg & measured it out, so 10 pts, but it's 2:15 so maybe I won't need much more today. That leaves me 7 for the rest of the day.

I didn't make it to the gym as I have a horrid sinus headache. My allergies are awful and everything is blooming here.

I must resist treats! My tendency is when everyone is gone to buy myself a treat that I love, but that if the kids were here, they would eat or would want. Tomorrow I will be alone all day again, and it's gonna be hard to resist. It's so easy to walk in a store and buy something sinful for me. I can NOT do this.

Today I need to work more on Ebay. Tomorrow when I have hours of uninterrupted quiet I'll finish 3 sets of taxes and get them mailed for everyone. Poor DS16 owes almost $700. He started his job at 15 and they didn't hold taxes until he reached the limit where he had to pay taxes - then on all of it. We'll mail his ON April 17.

If I make it thru today & tomorrow I'll maybe talk DS16 into going out to breakfast with me. It's my fav meal and DH hates breakfast food.

Off to try to get something done - I'd rather just surf - or take a nap!!
 
Turbo Jam arrived today - all kazillion DVDs I ordered. I tried the 'learn & burn'. Good, but I'm thinking I'm not going to like them. Maybe I'm not coordinated enough, or I'm too old, or something, but it wasn't physically that challenging except for coordinating the moves. L & B was 29 min total with almost half slowly trying the moves. I also dug out some old slim in 6 dvds someone gave DH. I never did like those very much. Did about 15 min of those.

DD and DH arrived safely in Mesa and DH is doing as I suggested and taking her to Rainforest Cafe for dinner. It's her fav place and we don't have one. Hopefully he will swim with her later.

I forgot to pick DS19 up at work :confused3 ! It's seemed like Saturday all day to me. Oh well......

6 p.m. and so far the chinese is keeping me full. I've had some cf diet coke, but that's all.

My to-do list for tomorrow is growing. This is NOT a good sign. #1 on my list is to shop for a good sports bra (see my :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc thread :rotfl: ).

Then I need to go to GNC for vitamins (discount days),do taxes and Ebay. And I will make it to the gym!

I'm thinking maybe I'll get myself Applebee's carside to go tomorrow night. I like their WW french onion soup. Who knows?

I'm tired, but DS16 is having friends over to play video games and DS19 has 2 friends over watching TV. And it's after 9 p.m. Why do they start so late?? Oh, to be a teen again....NO THANK YOU!!
