Monday!

Today should be a bit calmer - I hope!!

Since I was gone all day Saturday, I have residual cleaning to do. Just finished the 7 min of AB Ripper 200 - I managed to do more this time. It HURTS!!

Gotta get DS16 motivated with English, type in some of his Spanish for him(I'm faster), clean, finish laundry, drop DD with DH for fencing, Pick DS19 up at work, IF the weather holds, I'll go return a couple of things when I drop DD. If it rains,I'll have to come home to run DS16 to ninjutsu.

The gym is on my schedule as is a nice long bubble bath!

Not sure what food will be.

Hope everyone is off to a good start to Easter Week!
 
Hi Julie, it sounds like you had one busy weekend! I went to McD's recently and they messed up my chicken sandwich too! I think they are dying to keep us all fat and hooked on their greasy food. I hope your week is calmer and that you do get to the gym and have time for that bubble bath! You deserve it!
 
Just back from the gym - 35 min TM, 55 min weights, + my 7 min abs this morning= 97 for the day!!

Food has been kashi & yogurt(4), 2 pt turkey sand(2), revival soy bar(4), chips(3) So I have 11 left for later. Have had 64 oz water so far.
 

I'm really suffering from munchitis tonight!!

I've now had 96 oz water and 32 of cf diet coke. I really feel like I'm holding water, which means I"ll be up all night. :guilty:

I've had another 2 pt sandwich, an ww ice cream bar(2) and a tiny square of fudge(4) - WHY did I buy 12 boxes at Sam's just because they were 81c????? At least this is the last box and this is the first taste.

I'm not hungry, just munchy!

Had the bubble bath & read a while. I keep wandering to the pantry. NOT good!!
 
Glad you got to your bubble bath today! :cool1: You deserve it! You stay Very busy! If that is the schedule I have to look forward to when I have kids all I have to say is YIKES! I don't know how you keep your energy up! 11 hours shopping! :crazy: I'd be on the floor by 5 or 6, but then again shopping isn't really my thing.

Well, it's 11:15 and I just finished breakfast - both DS are off today so I took DD to the bus stop and went back to bed - didn't really sleep, but felt SO good to lay there with the pups. Got up about 9 and putzed around.

Breakfast was 1 carb down(1), ff chz/mango salsa(1) and egg beaters(2). I wasn't sure about the peach mango salsa w/ eggs, but it was good!!

Just finished the 7 mins of ab ripper 200. I HURT!! Maybe someday I'll have muscle under all that flab.

Off to get motivated on the house.
 
Way to go with the workouts! :banana: I've got to look up that ab ripper workout. It sounds tough, & my abs are my worst area. It sounds like you're off to an amazing start for this week!
 
Gosh, Julie! It seems to me you burn enough calories for all of us! Where in the world do you find all the energy?

Food yesterday wasn't bad, just wasn't really good.

Ended up having candy(4) and chips(3) mid afternoon. Dinner was 1/2 a serving of stuffed flounder(3.5), 1/2 a large baked potato(3), turkey(1), 1 pt bar(1), more chocolate(3)

Today is liquid day. Had latte(6) for breakfast when I went to Sam's Business day - I had a water bottle and took a muffin home for DS16. Did 2 laps around every aisle in store for 15 min of fast walking. Had a slim fast(3), and cf diet coke. I'm off to get Keva soon.

I was planning on gym today, but a friend wanted me to go to the casino, so I did WATP 5 mile before, parked in the far lot and walked in and out instead of the shuttle, and then did the 7 min ab ripper when I got home. I avoided the hot chocolate(not too hard as it's almost 80 out) and had 2 more bottles of water - water today so far is 68 oz.

I pulled my summer stuff down from the top of the closet last night. Weeded out a bunch I decided I don't like, but basically things fit no different than last fall - good but bad!

WI is tomorrow and I really hope I see some sort of loss. I'm not seeing it in my clothes yet and I'm exercising more than ever. Something has got to give soon!!
 
Finished off yesterday w/ 2 Keva's & another SF for right on points.

Just back from WI. Down .6. Right direction, but I just can't see how I'm not losing more with all the exercise I'm doing and staying OP. Oh well. I keep dreaming that I'm going to go in one week and be down like 2 - 3 lbs. Doubtful, but.......

I was planning on the gym today, but with running DS19 and taking DD to fencing it's not going to happen. I'll do my WATP 5 mile in a bit and my abs. Surely I can make the gym tomorrow as DH is home and can help run and DD is off school. Time will tell.

So far I've had a 1 pt smores bar - YUMMY!!

Not sure what I'll have for lunch. I'm picking DS19 up and taking him to the bank.
 
DS19 wanted McDonalds. I had a cone (3) and will have lunch here after I take him back to work.

Just did my Ab Ripper - I was able to do all but 30 reps today, so 170 total of 10 different ab exercises in 7 min. Yes, I hurt!!

I just got a workout catching up on the last few pages of your journal! You are an inspiration to those of us who say we can't find the time to exercise!!

Great job sticking to your guns with your diet and exercise...keep up the great work!
 
Just finished the WATP 5 mile and did the 5 min stretch at the end, so 78 min today. Now I'm racing to get some Ebay done before I take DD to fencing. I'll do some returns & errands while she fences. Tomorrow night she has footwork class w/ a soviet coach - DH will do that, and Saturday a local tournament. Hopefully I can do some grocery shopping during part of that.

I'm still not sure what I'm fixing for Easter. Usually ham, but my family isn't thrilled about even eating together, let alone a big meal. DH would prefer to go out, but I can't see spending over $100 for 1 meal when DD will barely eat anything, I will eat little and the 2 DS are rather picky. Plus going out is too much of a temptation and too easy to go overboard on things I have no control on points in.

I just realized last night that my FL planning may hit a glitch. Mia, my female Yorkie, may come into heat soon and if so, puppies would arrive about 2 wks prior to my leaving. UGH!!! I bought Max so I could breed, and I hate to wait another cycle and try to keep them apart, but..... Hopefully she will be on what we think schedule is and wait until early June.

I'd love to just spend the day lounging on the computer, reading journals, but duty calls. Hopefully later tonight!
 
UGH!!! Mia is in heat!! Oh well.... I guess I try to keep them apart for about 3 weeks.

Left to take DD to fencing, went to pick up my car. They didn't do the type of repair they told me they were, just a quick fix, then had me back through their whole garage to get out instead of moving 1 car in front of me. I hit about a 4" curb, knocked a thing loose underneath and it rattled. Had to take it back in to get tightened, no fencing. then tonight we left to go walk the bosque and my headlight still doesn't work. The wiring harness was burning and they replaced it. I used to make my light work by honking. Not even that works now. Needless to say I'm not too thrilled.

DS16 wanted to meet 'friend' and her 2 sisters to rollerblade in the bosque. Invited DD to go and me to walk. DH decided to come along. He NEVER does that. Kids bladed, I walked not as fast as normal, he complained the whole time, wore dress socks and has blisters. All my fault. Did almost 4 miles in 1 hour. It is very even and about 500' lower altitude and I felt like I could walk forever and much faster. I got in a decent hour more of exercise I wasn't planning on. Beautiful night here, still about 75. It was good to have the top down on the bug, but I guess I'll be w/o it again.

Dinner I picked up salad/pizza after a quick run to Petsmart to get Mia some panties. I had small slice(6) and a small bit of salad before we left(4) also a turkey slice(1) and a 1 pt bar earlier, so I actually have 3 pts left, + APs but I don't usually use those unless I'm really hungry, which I'm not.

Still haven't managed to do Ebay today, and since it's almost 10 it's not too likely. Oh well.....

Sounds like yesterday was a busy day for you. I certainly know that feeling! ;) I hope that your car gets fixed properly this time.

Way to go getting your walk in yesterday! And 75 degrees at night? That sounds like Florida weather! :sunny:

Today is NOT a good food day.....oh well....life goes on.

DS19 woke up with eyes that would not open due to swelling. Bad eye infection. Had to call into work & he is still on his 90 day probation. That was 4:30 a.m. I was still up after 1 last night - couldn't sleep, up at 4:30. I was still up at 6 so decided to make a WalMart run. I had to try to find 'doggie diapers' for Mia. Ours didn't have any. Unfortunately while there I bought donuts and ate TWO on the way home (quick 10 pts). DH drove DS19 to Dr and VW called so I had to take the bug back in. Then DD and I went hunting for Doggie Diapers.

She of course was starving - but it was almost 1 p.m. and we went to BK. I ordered grilled chicken, no mayo, got fried w/ no mayo - another quick 12 points. Then I had a slice of turkey, so it's 4 p.m. and I have 1 pt left for the day. OOPS!!! Guess that's what FP's are for!

Needless to say after under 4 hours of sleep, I'm exhausted and need to clean house for Easter, get Ebay done, etc. And I didn't make the gym due to all the unexpected running. I got a lot of exercise done yesterday, so I'll probably try to do a bit tonight, but not much.

Off to try to get motivated - and staying AWAY from the donut box calling my name. All I have to do is get over tired and all I want to do is over eat and mostly sweets!
 
DS19 has drops to put in every 2 hours round the clock for 2 days, then back off. Hopefully they will help quickly.

Yoga Booty Ballet arrived yesterday. Today I did the basic & instructional (54min). Not sure I like it. Think I may just have to stick to WATP. I'm a creature of habit. Finished off w/ an 'oatmeal cream pie'(2) and some caesar salad(5), so I'm 6 over for the day. Nota s bad as it could have been.
