I never ask this, but . . .

Here's my itinerary, what do you think?

Who:

JOSH - my 13yo nephew. #2 in line of four kids
belonging to my oldest brother, who LOVES animals and,
according to his sister, is going to save the manatees
someday.

AND

AUNT JEN (me) - a 27yo, single, fun loving Aunt who is
taking each of her 3 nieces and 3 nephews on a "me and
my aunt only" trip to WDW, except for niece #2 who has
asked me to take her to Disney Califorina when it's
her turn.

What:

A FLORIDA ADVENTURE - 10-day trip to Florida, the last
week of July, no siblings, no parents, just Josh &
Aunt Jen.

NOTES: In dreaming up this itinerary I decided to
skip out on the parks after lunch to rest/swim at our
hotel for most of the days. Also, I used the old EMH
schedule of mornings only. It's kind of long, but
what you see is the extent of our planning. We opted
to go for a 10-day adventure versus a 3-hour tour.

OK, here goes:

Friday:
6:00am - bus to Logan Airport
9:50am - song flight
12:46pm - arrive at MCO
town car to ASsp (w/grocery stop for breakfast items)
check-in & chill out
5:00pm - Hoop Dee Doo Revue - FW

Saturday:
7:15am - Steam Train Tour - MK
12:00pm - PS at 50's Prime Time Cafe - D-MGM

Sunday:
8:00am - MK (EMH)
6:00pm - PS at Restaurant Marrakesh
8:15pm - IllumiNations Cruise

Monday:
8:00am - AK (EMH)
9:30am - Donald's Breakfastosaurus
afternoon/early evening waterpark
8:00pm - head to MK for e-ride night

Tuesday:
sleep in - head to Epcot
4:30pm - PS at Hollywood & Vine (Fantasmic Dinner
Package)

Wednesday:
8am-4:30pm - Discovery Cove Trainer for a Day
6:30pm - PS at Chef Mickey's
Downtown Disney/Disney Quest ???

Thursday:
6:30am-2:30pm - SeaWorld Marine Mammal Keeper
Experience
2:30pm - ???? - wander through SeaWorld on our own

Friday:
7:30ish - bus to TTC
8:18am - lynx bus to SeaWorld
4:00pm - taxi to DTD
4:30pm - PS at Rainforest Cafe, DTD
6:00pm - Cirque du Soleil

Saturday:
8am - D-MGM (EMH & ESPN Anniversary Celebration)
12pm - PS at Sci-Fi Dine In
afternoon filling in things we missed
end the evening in MK

Sunday:
5am - towncar to airport
7:35am - sad flight home

Wow! Do you ever have some lucky nieces and nephews! ::yes::

I think your plans look fantastic. You and your nephew are going to have an absolute blast!!

Thanks! I feel like I've won the lottery, everyone is coming out of the wood work claiming to me my niece/nephew :D

I'm sure we're going to have a great time. I've just gotten to the point where I can't plan anymore and I'm starting to get bored waiting for our trip!

Thanks again for your thoughts!

Jen, I personally like the Saturday 7:15am Steam Train Tour

:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

By the way they just moved me from the Monday tour to the Saturday tour...Looks like I will be your guide again If you don't mind (if you do...I will cry :( :( ) You saw my very first tour ever... and you can see the seasoned I have been doing this for more than 5 minutes tour in July :)

Agreed though you are a very nice Aunt... My sister is having her first child next month... I only hope that I turn out to be as good of an aunt as you are :earsgirl:

Hi again! :wave2:

I really like the Train Tour, too!! ::yes:: I actually like to ride the trains as an attraction, not just for a break or to get around!! The very last thing I do before I leave the parks for the last time, is to ride the WDW Railroad. I take a few trips around just to reflect and to thank Walt & Roy for all they did so I could have a great vacation!

I finally got my itinerary the way I like it and PMing you was one of the next things on my list! I was going to ask who was doing the tour on that Saturday - glad to hear it's going to be you! It was so much fun and I really think my nephew is going to enjoy it.

I'm sure you're going to be a great aunt! My advice, buy the kid lots of books, take them to the mall, bring them swimming, and don't be afraid to act silly!

See you in 9 weeks!

P.S. - I promise we'll won't be the last ones to show up this time! :teeth:
