Why do you get sent to random rooms if you try to move up.

Same thing happens to me! I got put in room 8, I tried going back to 1 but it put me in 2. Then when I try to move up it'll randomly put me in like 6 or 8 and I'm like .
So I've decided to stay in 2 for the moment. xD
