Jon and Kate Plus Eight Season Premiere

I am so excited for the premiere of Jon and Kate Plus Eight. I've watched them forever and I'm so excited to see what happens between Kate and Jon.

I think they need to take a break from their show. I really love the show, but Jon and Kate seem to be letting the tabloids get to them - which makes the kids vulnerable, as well. I'd much rather have them cancel my favorite show than watch the family be ripped apart by the media.

The commercials are so dramatic!
I'm not really sure if the accusations the tabloids are making are true, but TLC is sure milking them!
I feel bad for the kids. :/ I hope they don't get pulled into this mess.

I will not be watching this show for many reasons. I don't understand what the big deal is about Jon and Kate Plus Eight. The show(if it hasn't already) will ruin this family. The show was okay when the kids were younger but what are the going to do when the younger kid's start school. Like I said WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL? Their a normal family (the only difference is they have eight children)

I'm a addicted to show and am almost positive that I will tune in tommorrow for the premiere.
I think this will be the season of the show and am worried that there marriage is over.
It's so sad to see since there a real family, I'm worried about how the kids are going to take it since this must not be easy one bit to them

I watched.
I really really dislike Kate, like a lot.
But I did feel sad when she started crying because I just started thinking about how the family is tearing apart.

It really sounds like they're headed for divorce.
As much as I dislike Kate, I'd hate to see that happen.
It's interesting to hear Jon's interviews, and how he always says "I love my kids, I love my family" but he never says "I love my wife" (and vice versa, she never says she loves her husband.)

Ever since I started watching the show, it always seemed like they were in a loveless marriage and just staying together for the kids, but now it seems to be getting harder--they barely talked to each other at the b-day party!!

It should be an interesting season. This whole controversy probably boosted the shows ratings a lot too!!

I wish they'd focus more on the kids now that they're old enough to speak and everything, they are too funny!!! I loved how they were calling the Pinata a "Chinata"

I'm no big fan of Kate but I think we really did see the other side of her tonight
Yes she was a bit bossy at the birthday party, but she was still working hard and doing mommy duties
I felt horrible to see all the media that is following her family around, it seems to have gotten worse in the last few month's than ever before
I also saw Kate being thankful for her fan's and really appriciating them
I think there marriage is bassically over
Jon didn't seem to want to work it out, Kate seems extremely sad to see her family tearing apart
Jon doesn't seem to act like it means as much to him as it did to Kate
Kate's saying that they may not beat the odd's that just broke my heart
I don't believe the rumor's about Kate one bit over the affair but Jon's are a little more believable but I just don't know
It seems like people are just trying to tear this family apart which is just really sad to see

Never watched until I was flipping through the channels at 3am Saturday morning and it was on. It's a really good show.

And yes, I did watch last night. I wonder whats going to happen to them. I heard they're seeing a marriage counseler.

When one of the girls, Leah I think, went up to Jon and said "daddy I don't want you leaving anymore" that just broke me heart. And you can tell that he really loves them, especially how he was acting when one of the girls was talking about her "buddy" which was a boy.

Kate can be a little bossy, but hey she does have 8 kids.. she's probably handling it alot better than I would.

I'm curious to see where the rest of this season is going to go.

I think it's all stupid actually. Jon has always seemed like he never wanted to be a father of so many kids, and he and Kate rarely say "I love you" while on screen. The whole marriage seems like it's for the kids-sake really.

Kate having 8 kids is no excuse for her bossiness. She knew she couldn't have kids, and that infertility treatments would result in multiples. When she got pregnant after the twins, did she really think she wasn't going to have at least 2+? For a former nurse, that seems incredibly naive.

Regardless, I don't think this family should have media fame. I don't think any large family should have media fame - they're just normal people like you and me with more kids than most.

But I was reading today that they are going to go to counseling...I'm not sure if they started yet.
But Kate wants to put cameras in the therapy room, and then air the footage. I think that that's a crazy idea! That should be private, not out for everyone to see you know?

Why would Kate want to air the footage? Its just gonna destory the marrige even more. I think Kate is a little stuck up and just wants money. i'm not trying to be mean but thats my opinion. I think that she's using her kids to get money and that's the only reason they have the show, and I think if they do end up staying together, it's just to get more money from the show, it won't be beacause they love each other.

I've never seen any episodes of the show. I think the show looks kinda stupid, IMHO.
