Why would Kate want to air the footage? Its just gonna destory the marrige even more. I think Kate is a little stuck up and just wants money. i'm not trying to be mean but thats my opinion. I think that she's using her kids to get money and that's the only reason they have the show, and I think if they do end up staying together, it's just to get more money from the show, it won't be beacause they love each other.

Yup, its because she wants more money, and she knows that by airing the therapy sessions, it will send ratings/views through the roof. I can't believe she's even considering that. Imagine her kids seeing that when they're older. Something like that should be private!

I feel so bad for the kids. I wonder if they're going to be popular when they're older just because they were one of the kids on the Jon & Kate plus 8 show.

They were talking about on my radio that it might all be staged, too; like what the kids say and all. I'm not sure, though.

I don't think what the kids do is staged because I really don't think its possible. I think that only refers to J and K.

But seriously they need to cancel the show. That is what is important. I know it isn't going to happen though.

I think that Jon is imiture and Kate is handleing it well. Also I think he isn't liveing at home because he was like to Alexis "do you miss me?" I think it is upseting because they just renewed their vals ,too

Yeah I was thinking about this the other day...imagine being in highschool and having the world see you being potty trained...being sick...and your parents possible divorce?
I think it's terrible, they never asked for any of this.
I love the show, as do many others, but sometimes you forget that they're real people and that it is really their life.

As far as stuff being staged...I doubt the kids are, maybe Jon and Kate but who knows.

I do agree that getting their vows renewed and telling the kids they were gonna be together forever is quite ironic in this situation.
not the good kind of irony, but still.

also. i have no problem with the show. i am a regular viewer, whether or not they air this whole "what's wrong with our marriage" stuff. it may get a little old after awhile though.

and airing counseling is wrong. that's like having a TV show called "Suicidal Counselors: The Real Stories"

I am so addicted to this show, but I totally agree about the money. It gives them a better lifestyle, their able to take the kids and travel, etc. Things they definately wouldn't be able to afford on one salary! However, I do think that at the finale of last season when Jon basically stated that he didn't want to do another season and was struggling with being "jon and kate plus 8" she should've took a season off. She wanted to do another season, because this is her job and he didn't. Cameras and publicity can kill a marriage! I don't think she took into consideration his feelings on that.
