Hehe!! I know! I wish my life was so carefree that my biggest gripe was someone else's laundry.

Please. I 'm just glad my biggest form of entertainment is watching and playing with my kids rather than watching nannies play with someone elses kids on TV then having to talk about how great it is the next day on a message board.

MY DD will come clean after your horses, and you can do MY laundry! How's that sound? DD wants a horse so badly, she says she'll settle for cleaning up after someone ELSE'S horse! Poor girl.

While it was nice to see Kate get so emotional over the visit to the hospital, I would've cut this episode down to a half hour. I found this one to be much more boring than the Sesame Place or other activity/outing type episodes. I watch because I want to see the kids.

I completely agree. I found myself fast forwarding in parts of this episode because it was so boring. 30 minutes would have been enough.

On another note, I know a little girl whose name is Talullah. I call my niece Haileigh Belle, and we call her Talullah Belle. They also have another friend whose last name is Bell.

I don't remember her voice, but I remember her and her daughter in the garage playing with the kids when Kate left to go somewhere. It's been a while and her name is on the tip of my tongue.

Yes, yes, yes it is Carla! Her daughter Ashley is/was dating a young man I just met! How cool is that? I even know their last name but won't tell! If he tells any stories (hopefully some good), I'll pass them along. When I told him I was mildly fascinated with this family and multiples in general (I don't know how it came up), he laughed and said, "oh boy." I asked if he can tell me any stories? He said, "she's actually not allowed to talk much?" I didn't want to push too hard! Weird huh?

Sorry to just jump on here, I love this show and I have been keeping up with this thread for a while now. I am not a Kate hater (although certain things have made me cringe). But I truly enjoy watching this with my kids and I hope the show is on for a while longer.

I thought that Ashley was adorable, she reminded me of Kelly Clarkson. She seemed to really love the kids and enjoyed spending time with them.

I don't know the answer to your question, but the graphic in your signature is cute!! DS loved the pants from his Peter Pan costume, but that's it. He put on the whole thing but refused to wear the rest of it to the P&PP. So, he just wore his little brown pants to the park in May. Even better, he wore them with black Lightning McQueen sandals. He was stylin'! Haha!!

Show would be boring if it remained day-to-day, etc., etc. The destination episodes are perfect for the show's target audience, and so on. They're not going on these trips every week, back-to-back, but it might seem that way to the novice viewer because they are on a new trip every week. Yeah. I think that was it.

I don't remember any sort of conversation, so I must have been away. LOL.

And some of the trips are back to back - obviously, all the beach trips shows were filmed (and shown) back to back.

Other than that, I'm so frazzled, I have NO idea what my point was

I've been gone since Wednesday ... and I feel like I've been gone a month. That consignment sale kicked my behind! On the upside, I've earned enough to go to WDW for Fall Break, I think

What is so out of the ordinary about their outings? They may get some special treatment because of the size of the group, but to go somewhere like an amusement park or a train museuem a couple of times a month seems pretty normal to me. Before my kids were so involved with sports we did something every weekend so to me the things they do are fairly typical.

You go to an amusement park: The Gosselins get to go behind the scenes to meet all the character.

You go to the train museum: The Gosselins get a special tour

You go to the zoo: The Gosselins get to go in the cage with the penguins.

Typical activities ... but, not so typical because of the TV show.

An interesting side note to the Gosselins. I worked the new moms sale last night at my local consignment sale. I was at the checkout, and overheard, more than once .. moms talking about Kate Gosselin & the show. They were all amazed at how big her belly got when she was pregnant, and how cute the kids are? Very few actually like the show. A couple never did, a couple loved it, and most were of the mindset that they started out liking it but now they don't. I didn't hear why they don't, anymore, though. I was too busy doing my job - and wishing like crazy I could have joined in the conversation. But, it was funny, I kept thinking of this thread because it was JUST like that! LOL
